Ill tell you who used to have me nearly in tears whan I was younger GE Capital, I had a Topman card. they always used to tell me that they would tell my parents if i didnt pay !!

I've never had a good experience with Rosendales. The last guy was downright menacing and a complaint basically got the response 'you owe us money, therefore we don't care' from the VAT. PLus when asked to show the warrant they wanted to remove my goods on, refused to show it, then said it was in the van, then office promised to send it. Never seen it, so am reporting it to the police as gaining money through fraud. They know damn well they couldn't enforce, as the amount on the warrant (aparently gained april) included an amount which only became due in August, therefore they should have got a new warrant.

I know of them, they are dealing with one of my old council taxes... They have been so far ok with me mind.

But... when I called the office and said that I was about to be made bankrupt... she was awful, threatened with all sorts, and said that they would still chase me.. Ok love i said to her !!

Moorcroft need a lesson in the law
Wescot are a bit slow in getting things done,now I don't have to deal with them as they settled.
Legal and trade I refuse to deal with at all.

My biggest debt is in the hands of Blair Oliver & Scott.

I havent heard a word from them so far, in fact I only know that they are dealing with the account because their name is on the CCCS statement.

I wish they were all that easy :rolleyes:
