Nice to see some new faces in the inn Hope everyone has had a good day.
Decided to go to Asda today with sis only she broke down at petrol station with a lot of irate drivers behind beeping their horn! Thankfully I didnt get a lot of freezer stuff!

DD got a win which I managed to sneak upstairs and hide! She won from girl talk mag that I post, loads of forever friends stuff :j

Thanks for the kind words and advice toniq :T I was really lucky BarnabySue spotted my dupes, requested the merges (loads of them too, poor lass :eek:) and kindly pm'ed me about it otherwise I'd have been nonethewiser.

I should have realised that the regular posters are ever vigilant and quick off the mark when posting and even a website change wouldn't delay their posts

Will remember to triple check next time!:p

I'm not sure if you know but I'm a nurse and thought you could maybe check this website Blood Pressure Association. Next month they are running a blood pressure awarenes campaign called 'Know Your Numbers' and there will be various stations throughout the country where you can have your BP taken (some Asda's, pharmacies etc) and you can find the details online.

I hope you will take a minute to have a look and perhaps go get your BP checked if you haven't for ages.
