Hope you have a great time in Blackpool sweetiepie. If you have plenty of tesco vouchers converted then it can be a really cheap holiday as everywhere seems to take them!

Had an awful text this morning, my friend's 8 year old DD got knocked down by a car yesterday. Seems she was very lucky & just badly bruised as she went over the bonnet of car & although she was in hospital overnight looks like she might be home today. My eldest DD is very shaken as they are good friends, I'm just in total shock.

Glad it wasn't more serious. Kids usually recover so quickly but you do worry everytime they go out.

could have throttled my kids this morning, ds1 didnt go out the door til near 8.30am, bus comes between 8.25 and 8.30!! grrr he managed to get it ok, then mad rush to get other kids to school, bring on the weekend

shopping day tomorrow:j:j getting the rest of the holiday stuff, crocs for the kids, flightsocks, some wee toys to put in the goody bag for the airplane, need to do loads of lists, another manic day here

She was running behind an ice cream van towards her 5 year old brother, she's brushed her kidney, don't know if that's meant to be bruished as it was her Grandma that let me know & she doesn't always text well. My DD wants to go see her but I've said we'll leave it til tomorrow, if she does get home today she'll be needing some rest otherwise we'll go across to the hospital tomorrow.

It was my kids 1st day back at school so have had a busy morning too. I'm going to enjoy the peace and go for a walk in the sunshine with OH.

I'm not watching it, which is crazy as I went to the first eviction for this series. Just got out the habit of watching. Also we'll be without a tv all weekend- eeeeeeeek!
