Someone posted a competition early this morning to win a couple of decorated bottles of wine, the heading format was wrong so I posted asking them to amend it. Thread has now disappeared any idea why, I know the site is not on the do not post list?

It was from a brand new poster, who just happened to spot the comp. on a blog they visit;) I'll let you guess why it was removed
Never put tables and chairs in the same room.
If they congregate together for any length of time, they will inevitably hatch plots against you and your pets.

It had crossed my mind but without meaning to be rude to the poster of the missing comp, the written content of the post was not up to the blog standard by miles.0

Hi Compers,
I'm sure many of you will have noticed the increasing numbers of FB comps on the board now. Do any of you think it would be a good idea to group these together on a sub-board?
I have a separate FB account set up for these, but as they are scattered about I rarely have time to keep logging in and out to enter. If they were grouped it would make things much easier. Basically, we could log into the FB page once a day and enter all relevant comps on there. We could then log out and back into our regular FB accounts;-)
Feel free to post your thoughts and GL all with comping;-)MFiT - T2 # 64start date: 1.7.09 MFW end date: 31.10.17

dont you have to log in to lots of websites anyway?0

Hi GinJim,
The problem with FB is that if you click the link to 'like' the FB page it will automatically link that to the FB account that you are logged into at any one time.
So if you have a regular FB account and a separate one for comping it can get a little tedious remembering to log in and out before entering. Not the end of the world but if lots of people are having this inconvenience then maybe worth looking into.
With regular websites you can often click on 'remember me' and use roboform to make life easier.
Regards

I don't use Facebook myself, but I've just thought of an ideawould it work to be signed in to both accounts, on different browsers? So you could have your comping account on your main browser and your main account on a secondary browser?
