    thanks toniq

and I am looking at the other stickies but might take a few days to catch up with the other bg's :)

(in the Arms I have a sticky called 'PLEASE READ - posts by Martin and the MSE team') if a member of the team posts a new sticky I leave it as a standalone for a while and then merge it into this thread, to keep down the number of stickies, maybe a similar idea could work on the Comps board
    sorted :)

hiya, There seems to be a *typo/print error for the £3,000
X-Word puzzle in this weeks That's Life,

has anyone else got the magazine please, ??

    ( i would have scanned
the puzzle in but still can't get photobucket to work :o

the big crossword when finished has ringed squares which should spell out the answer to the question..

    the question is..

Who was the only fatality in the previous Corrie train smash in 1967,

    google/sources eg..

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coronation_Street_timeline

all give the answer as SONIA PETERS

but the ringed squares in the mag i've got spell out

    I L A E N V E L E

have googled to see if that's a name but getting nowhere :o

if anyone else has this mag could they please see if the puzzle ringed squares spell out the same as the answer i've got :o

i don't wish to post the comp if the answers going to be wrong,
have also phoned 'Tha's Life' office earlier to ask but they said they'd ring back & haven't yet, so would sooner wait until tomorrow
to post this mag if anyone can help :)
