Today I have paid £9 into bathrooms savins, £5 into new holiday savings and £3 off mortgage
I want to add to my list of things to do- Bolognaise in the slow cooker -DONE, bubbling away nicely
- Cut Foil bubblewrap and fit behind radiators - Done,love this feling of protecting my little family against winter
- Check and charge all batteries
- Check Halogen heaters work
- Get 3.30 bargains at Tescos - DONE all I managed was 2 bits of breaded haddock for 26p and some apples for 8p
- clean and tidy house
- Count change in piggy bank - DONE not enough to bank
- Make Bread - DONE, whirring away
- Do Nails

might have to follow you on the 3.30 tesco bargains - though not sure where Id put them as our freezer is already bursting with reduced bread and the results of my "batch cooking"! :rotfl: I am amazed at how easily pleased I now am at finding a bargain!

I plan to get it done in June, we are going away for a week in the lake district in June and hope to get it done while we are gone.

I think Homebase, B&Q or wickes, depending on who is cheapest at the time. Just want a basic bog standard suite, you get them for about £200 these days dont you2014 = New Year, New Me0 -
Not sure how much bog standard suites are but keep an eye out for those 10% off days that homebase do, or voucher/discount codes etc. Bet you'll be able to save on the cost of a suite if you time it right.#39 - Save £12k in 20250

Am getting through the lists, and My parents just brought over 2 huge bags of veg and a bag of spuds for £2 from the market. Should keep the shopping down for weeks2014 = New Year, New Me0 -
My Carried forward to do list for this week
- Check and charge all batteries
- Check Halogen heaters work
- clean and tidy house
- chase up two PPI claims, they cant find our account numbers. - Tracked down one, one to go
- Make lists of whats in the cupboards
- Wrap all the Xmas presents I have bought so faar
- Make a coat for the dog
- Block up gaps in Kitchen cupboards
- Do a Xmas Food List

Yesterday I found 5p and 10 Euro Cents ??! and a 2nd class stamp
I got £3 greggs vouchers in the post and found out I am getting a partial refund for something I bought on ebay and Asda are sending a gift card following a complaint
I am not working today so its a good chance to get some stuff off my list, but I am not very well, so doubt much will get done2014 = New Year, New Me0
