My Mum makes a crumble topped beef pie which is amazing! Can only find one recipe online which calls for 1kg of mince beef, but my Mum makes it with 500g and it's enough to feed 5. Since I've moved out she makes it for me when I go see them for tea, my Boyfriend hates tomatoes in things (loves pizza, salsa and tomato sauce though *rolly eyes*)

I'd second sloppy joes and burritos though. Plenty you can do with minced beef, I understand you getting stuck making the same things over and over with it, I'm the same!

I tend to buy a lot of mince (butcher sells 5lb or £3.50) so here's a few of the recipes I use.

    Keema curry
    Mince beef and onion pie
    Mousaka
    Canalloni
    Stuffed peppers
    Stew with spicy beef meatballs.

I got a recipe online which I intend to try this weekend and which looks nice. Basically a tower made from a couple of tablespoons of chilli, a tortilla and some soured cream - repeat till you run out of ingredients or it gets too high, then bake for 25 mins at gas 5. I thought that this looked a bit different from normal chili

Make spicy meatballs and stuff each one with a green pitted olive. Then a sauce with a handful of olives thrown in too. A firm favourite here!
