    Happy Thursday everyone...

Right, am back, well mostly back! Have had a lot going on with work and seeming to spend a bit too much time either there or thinking about it. Am truly exhausted as of late, at least nearly totally brain drained. Two more, what I know are going to be stressful and rushed days to go before the weekend. The past 4 weeks have literally gone in a blue and beginning to wonder if I just skipped or missed October all together!

I have nearly 25 pages to catch up on here so will do that tonight. Off to work early again this morning. I do hope everyone is doing well, and I have missed you all very much, honestly!!

Hales if you are reading this....I have not forgotten but have been making some notes!!

Big huggles to all who need or want them xxxx

  • Hello lovers and lovelies,
Apologies for my M.I.A.ness I haven’t done a proper updated in a while, but just wanted to say that I have missed all of you loads.... it just got ridiculously busy but I will do a Dilli round up first!

Skint – the hello kitty cake sounds amazing glad you are doing so well with the cake baking and your total is brilliant.

Eyesparky - good good good to see you I am determined to do the 11000 for 2011 gotta aim for something although I am not close to the finish; I am nowhere near where I was at the beginning, so happy that I have done so much!

Mambury – glad that you have made a decision that has made you happy re. PM; the most important thing is that you are happy there is no point have money if everything else falls apart. And I guess that you can always boot sale the PM stock and ebay.

Glad that you have Xmas sorted out too – Mambury keep on posting you can still make money without have to be a Mini Lord sugar, and I think what you have learned is almost as important as any money that you make. Xxx

Bless with you SIL, luckily hardly ever see my BIL and he is well behaved and quiet! Such a shame she is a PITA the only PITA I like is with Kebab – and that isn’t a murder suggestion either. Laxatives could be the way forward lol

Great news on the chickens and the coop!

Elle – hope that you are feeling better you have been through the wars my lovely xxx So funny about OH’s born day – FIL is a Xmas baby too, and I am on the 23rd of December ha! Shame you can’t get out of the hassle of deciding where to go – unless you go away for Xmas.

If you book the hotel room you can guarantee that it will be far more chilled out and happy. He should do what I do two Birthdays the Xmas one and a summer one double the presents and none of the hassle.

Poosmate – glad that you are still motivated lovely. Just hope that all is still going well with the moneymaking.

Elly – Great news about your mum, I am so glad to hear such positive news about her treatment!!! Possibly the best present ever!!!

I have to agree about the money, I am far more clued up on my money than I was at the start of the year. I feel really happy and I know that I have a good foundation for the future J And the total is fantastico! Well done you :)

Also, glad that you had such a great time on holiday!

Paula – Massive wave , do you know what I think it will take time for the ADD diagnosis to sing in there is always the massive euphoria that you know what is going on and then you go into panic mode and start over thinking. Give it time and gradually you will feel better about it. (I went through a panic face with my diagnosis so I understand - huggles)

I just hope that you and the family are all well. Exciting about your sister hooray for little people and I can’t wait to see the Vegas topper too... : )

Amazing Etsy feedback that is wonderful! Little clay people are international brilliant!!!!

Noynoy – great news on the check from magpie and well done on paying down that debt it sounds brilliant!

    Joprah – waves xxx

Jenna – annoying about the bailiff, glad that you told him where to go. Good news about the placement bah humbug. Glad that the selling is going well though :)

Muncki!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – good to see you and massive huggles. I always ‘see’ you on facebook – but I just hope that the stresses beging to drain away. Missed you too lovely xxx

Has just been a really busy month – the ready made range is pretty much done and dusted although I have finally got the originals back from the printers.

I had all the stuff ready to go but when I was uploading the bits to my printer the site kept on crashing which was an absolute nightmare and a half so in the end I had to use PDFs and mock-ups to showcase the work and then I gave myself the task of building a website in 24 hours for the ready made range! Ha!

The boxes looked great but logistically was a nightmare – I made these cool singing boxes with I will post on the ville. But, half the stuff that I wanted to make to put in was not ready in time - I wanted to add a goody bag, booklet/portfolio and a mini poster but due to the upload nightmare I had to abandon it and consequently only have half the stuff that I wanted to send out.

Then, the courier although booked decided to knock on the door instead of using the bell so despite waiting indoors all day it was a total bust!

So, had to wait for him to show up on Wednesday so the launch boxes were a day late - I barely slept in fact in that week finishing off I probably did about 4 hours a night maximum. But, I was determined to make my deadline so I wouldn’t give up!

I had a great response from the launch boxes although the were a bit lighter than I wanted – but hey ho I will be doing it all over again in a few short weeks but if you want to see the range I posted a link in the ville, my facebook group, and I can PM any interested parties J

About seven blogs so far want to feature me and the range so I am really happy and I will have the Etsy shop up and running very soon!
I have a design range I am working on un-wedding related which I will show you soon – that should only be 2 weeks as I seem to have got my design mojo back!

On the personal front got my hospital appointment on the 18th in a weird way looking forward to it as I want to make sure that I am sorted.

Also, as I mentioned I have one of my best friends living with us due to problems she had before – she was already to move out and have a happy little future but unfortunately relationship with her finace has broken up with her.

She had very serious work dramas which I can’t go into in detail on – but she is picking herself up. She just seems to have terrible luck she is the one who had the umbrella related freak accident!

Although, I am going to have to ask her to think about moving out soon the other issues behind her staying with me have gone and I need to push her out the nest so to speak.

It has been almost 3 years now, and while I love her to bits she has to move on with her life – and I think she has gotten way too comfortable.

FIL had an operation he is doing okay, but he developed a blood clot which is being treated, so he is gradually getting better although he will be on blood thinning medication for the next six months.

Bleeding eck – I have written a bit of a mammoth post – well enjoy it with a cuppa and a hobnob.
    Love to all

Dilli I love your mammoth posts! They're so entertaining. Bless your poor friend, all that and a freak umbrella accident too! Your work sounds so exciting, off to the ville in a minute to see what a singing box is like, it sounds ace. It's a bit early to wish you luck for your appointment but I'll do it now so I don't forget...lol :) What was your diagnosis, it's on the tip of my brain? Can tell me in the Ville if you don't want to put it here. I'm completely all over the place atm, as it's such a long time til i get seen, but am starting to calm down a little bit now!
Munchki, I think you might have forgotten to remnd me about something...
Noynoy, you sound like you're plugging away there, and if we do a £11000 in 2011 thread you'll have set up good foundations for really going for it next year! God, this year's been so...well i want to say beneficial but there's been sad stuff too so i think mybe 'life-changing' is more appropriate.

I've had some news, which is a mixed blessing; my grandma's house has sold, and the money it gives us will basically plug a hole in our debts. Not fully, but somewhat. The bit I'm happy about is that I finally told my dad about owing the nursery money, and I feel like that's a huge weight off my mind. i also spoke to the nursery owner today and asked her to work out how much we still owe her so we know where we are. But I want to punch whoever's bought it and tell them to b!gger off. Right off to the Ville, love to all xx xx
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.
