Which site do you get those from? I do loads of surveys, but very rarely actually seem to be getting anything for it - the occasional cheque for a couple of quid here and there, but very little for the amount of time put into it.
Any recommendations of good survey sites (I know there's a whole post about it, but would take forever to read!) are very welcome, as are referral links if anyone wants to PM them to me.
Got a focus group tomorrow which will pay £45 (although £15 of that will be travel costs, but a free day out in Manchester!) - first ever. Off to try and find out what one of those is and what's expected!
Lol at your kid's party! That's the sort of thing I'd do!!!0 -

I do occasionally think about saving them up for Asda though I'm not sure if you can use them with your shopping or just in the cafe. It confuses me with them being luncheon vouchers.
They are a good rate of pay though - £4 for the survey, then a product to test, then £4 more for the follow up. And I've had 4 different product surveys this week including one today that I'm very excited to receive the product!!
I had a summer job at Safeway (many years ago whilst at Uni!) and we used to take luncheon vouchers through the tills for shopping (after all if you are buying a sandwich, bottle of water and some crisps it is lunch doesn't matter that the rest of the shopping is pampers, bottle of wine and some tofu!)
So phone customer services of your local supermarket and find out!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Thanks, that did occur to me, i'm just too lazy to find out. Will be worth finding out for the Free Christmas Challenge though as could go a good way towards Christmas food shopping - not that ours is a lot different to a normal shop. We go to my Mum's for Christmas day and we just pay for the meat from the butcher, we stopped buying boxes of biscuits and sweets when we realised we also get them for presents and they end up stale in the tins in April, OH's grandma gives us a cake for Christmas and nobody really eats the other stuff so we don't go overboard...any more!
Panda will PM you about the survey company.0 -
Got a cheque in post from a US survey company, just over £23, plus a postal order I was waiting for from ebay. Also another ebayer has paid so have to go post their huge, HUGE parcel today. Not really looking forward to that but I suppose it has to be done. Got a midwife appointment at 4 so will try to combine the trip along with paying in cheque / PO.0

Everything fine at midwife apart from I probably do have SPD. She says it's fairly common though.
16 children now coming to DD's party! Eek! :eek:0 -
Sorry to hear about the SPD - hope it's not too painful and glad to hear all else is good

Well, that was an interesting night!
DS came down at around 10pm, informed me that he felt sick then proceeded to vomit everywhere! (Don't know what it is about him but he has never had the ability to hit a toilet, bowl or bucket when sick - -just sort of stands helplessly and does it everywhere. DD, on the other hand is a very tidy vomiter!!)
So been up all night with him, and DD been awake a lot as well, as she was woken up and gets upset when anyone is ill.
Probably couldn't have slept anyway as a colleague phoned with lots of work related problems, issues and stories and have had those buzzing about in my head all night. I like people from work to phone as some of them are friends as well as colleagues but I don't like the effect it has on my sleep for nights afterwards!0 -
Ever wish you hadn't started something?? Decided to sort out DD's bookcase under her bed and put all the younger books in the attic to make space for the piles of books she has piled everywhere. While I was under have hauled out the stuff under her bed behind drawers. Now have piles of stuff all over bedroom, piles of stuff on landing to go up attic, piles of duplicate books to go on ebay (how did that happen??), I'm covered in dust and I've completely lost interest in the project!
Why do I do it?0 -
Sure I should know, but what's SPD?
Just having a quick nosey before I go to bed! Glad all was otherwise well at the midwife, and rather you than me with the kid's bedroom!0
