Well, I'm showered and dressed and downstairs at least is clean, tidy, hoovered and mopped. Having a quick break here before cleaning the bathroom, then if I'm still feeling motivated will have a little sort for ebay.

She is! She's a good girl though, sleeps through most nights, very calm and placid etc (completely unlike her willful and hugely energetic brother, who is impossible to get to sleep!). Although she has started teething already, so we'll see.....:)

Ryan is brilliant with her though, he treats her like a little princess and is already very protective of her. The only problem is, he keeps wanting to pick her up, and he's only 6! :eek:

Been a fab day so far today (though I seem to have very low expectations of what makes a good day, these days!!)

• Had a lovely big pile of post including a free trial magazine (that i have put away to read on plane when going away), 2 x £5 Argos gift cards from Valued Opinions, a book of tokens for free and reduced things for Boots Parenting Club and my pay slip - Yay!
• Went to library and found Martin's Thrify ways for Modern days or whatever it's called. Got unnecessarily excited when I recognised lots of user names in the acknowledgements
• My friend called by with a practically brand new moses basket, lots of unused white baby clothing (she has a very fast growing 4 month old!)and my birthday present.
• The sun is shining and can get lots of washing on the line
• I realised that lots of daily click / survey sites are due to pay out sometime this month so will be hoping for

• Signed up for Gala Bingo through Quidco, deposited £10 and £30 has validated. been playing Deal or no deal and am so far slightly in credit.
• Went through OH's bank statements and found charges of £50 from last year for going overdrawn, despite paying £15 to set up overdraft facilities - I think I might be too late to claim the money back now but it is worth keeping an eye out for the future.
• Recommended OH as a A+L customer which will hopefully gain us both £50 each - fingers crossed!

Think I might go and sort out some ebay stuff while I am in a moneymaking mood!

Even better - just checked e-mails and have received a £10 Amazon voucher for completing third survey about educational programmes watched. Also completed new survey so I am 1/3 of the way to the next voucher!
