Plumbs have got a sale on at the moment for ready / custom made curtains. 50% off. However if you can make your own it gets better because they have some fabric at £1 per metre. I guess my lining material will cost more than the fabric !

    On here it says there is 54" wide lining material for 50p a metre, but you have to telephone for it on first come first served basis.

    oooh I think I'm going to get into trouble when my hubby gets home! 20 meters ordered as a lot of the material is great for patchwork -think I know what my family are all getting for Christmas this year!

    I've been known to buy sheets in the sales for cheap linings - can save having to join pieces as well!
    Hope is not a strategy.
