Just bumping to find out whether anyone's had their fabric delivered yet? I've had my 'order being processed' e-mail but nothing since.

I've not had any lengths of fabric delivered but I did request 4 samples on Thursday. Only one arrived this morning along with an envelope full of bumph. Unless more arrive tomorrow I won't be ordering more.

Hmm that's not great. I had my money taken on 16th so hopefully that means they're going to fulfill the order.

My order hasn't turned up either - although Plumbs were very quick to take the payment!

I spoke to the lady on the phone - she was realllly helpful - spoke to her Friday afternoon - I dont think anyobody did any processing on the weekend because she said she would confirm it to me on Monday morning whether or not everything was in stock and there wasnt anyone in that dept over the weekend so I couldnt get gazzumped basically - I think they were inundated with orders - but she did say there would be another 150 lines coming up shortly at a £1 a metre - she also said I had ordered 4 metres of soemthing and she didnt have a 4 metre length left so had very kindly sent me two lots of just under 4 metre - b a r g a i n! Really helpful

When I iordered I was told delivery could take up to 28 days! :cool:

I got a call Friday telling me some of my order was OOS and yet I still haven't got the rest. I assumed they were processing it.

Got a letter and email from them to say one of the fabrics I ordered is OOS and would I like to go ahead with the rest of the order. I gave them a quick call, ordered a replacement fabric and found the lady extremely helpful - she even rang the cutting room to check they had the required amount of fabric. :T
Without meaning to offend I do think questioning whether you will receive your order after only 6 days does seem a little impatient - especially as the website states delivery of fabric is expected within 7-10 days (I would assume working days so NOT Sat & Sun) as it's only been 5 working days since the link was posted (not including posting day) my theory is they still have till have till next Thursday if you ordered straight away!! :cool:

Given the obvious bargain of this fabric they have clearly been inundated! (I know I have ordered twice totalling over 45m!) Not to mention their regular trade and people ordering ready made curtains! :money:

I had a letter saying some was OOS and to call to confirm I wished to proceed with the rest - might be worth a phone call?
