Does anyone know how wide the £1 a metre fabric is? DD's windows are very wide, so need more than one width, maybe even three for each curtain...

My fabric arrived last Thursday, only 4 days after the 28 day delivery letter!!
I am very pleased with the fabric, and the lining material is very good quality especially for 50p a metre!!!!:)

Hubby is now concerned that I may plan to decorate the lounge /dining room which will have made it a very expensive bargain!!!!:o
Many thanks to OP for bringing this bargain to my notice.

    (*waves* to bibbity!)

I'm soo tempted by this! I think I shall ring up tomorrow about some lining material as I needs loads of this for various projects I already have the main material for.

    Thanks OP :)

Has anyone else ordered succesfully with a Visa Debit card? I keep getting 'sorry there has been a problem with your payment' please contact CS on an 0800 number.

I got this too -- very frustrating as I really want the fabric I was trying to order as it matches a large bowl rather wonderfully. Rang the 0800 number and after giving it my name etc etc, there were two options, neither of which helped. When I chose neither, it simply thanked me for phoning and cut me off! I couldn't at first see when CS were open, but when I googled, I did find a page which suggests that it is normal office hours. So I shall be on the phone in the morning to see if my order is going to happen. I did e-mail with a screen shot (minus payment details, just in case!) so will see what happens. Thanks OP for posting this in the first place and also to the OP who posted the link to the £1 fabrics.

I got a reply to my e-mail, saying there had been a problem with their website. Ordered by phone and haven't yet had a call to say the fabric I want is OOS. Fingers crossed. And thanks again, OP, for a brilliant find and post.
  • OMG i didn't realise there were another nine pages of material. :j
Think I will order the chocolate chenille too. Are you guys all making your own with this or will you get made up by a seamstress? Any tips if you are making your own - is it really difficult? :o

I've had three 28 days letters now and still no fabric :( I called them and they said they can't give a time frame only that it could be another 28 days from the call! Am going on holiday next week so hopefully they'll arrive before I go otherwise it may get returned to sender if sat at the postie for too long :( fingers crossed it arrives in the next few days!
