But MANY thanks for the tip: next time I will keep looking until I find a tube station which does show where the car park is!Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
Hatton Cross tube station costs £5 for the whole day. It is just south of Heathrow on the A30. Limited parking but I always get a space if I get there 9:30 - 10am.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Yep just found out about that with the car parks.Couldn't find the car park for a station I will be using soon. Some of the maps show supermarkets too.
Some supermarkets dont have restrictions on car parking and so might also be worth looking at.0 -
and if 50 money savers get their tomorrow at 9.00 you'll regret saying that.0

There's an ASDA in Southgate, which is relatively close to the tube station. Or alternatively Cockfosters has it's own "station parking". I've used that a few times, gets busy quickly though.Sealed Pot Challenge #021 #8 975.71 #9 £881.44 #10 £961.13 #11 £782.13 #12 £741.83 #13 £2135.22 #14 £895.53 #15 £1240.40 #16 £1805.87 #17 £1820.01 declared0

??? Hi, does anyone know where I can book tickets to see Chitty Chitty Bang Bang during August. I found a link to Ticketmaster saying if we booked on a Tuesday night, top price ticket £37.50 we got £10 off for the children. Booked it online, but no discount. They wanted to charge me 6 x £37.50 - They listed the specific seats for this price, but I thought they did not really look like they were top price seats. Phoned them (twice) nearly an hour on the phone (0870 number) and finally was told, they no longer have top price tickets available. The only tickets left are for cheaper seats at £21.50. Gave me the seat numbers and guess what, they were the exact tickets the online booking system had tried to charge me £37.50 for. Searched high and low for a telephone number for customer services, but no such luck. Spent another 2 hours searching the web for someplace to get tickets that aren't going to cost the 6 of us just under £200! Anyone have ideas on a) how to complain to Ticketmaster and b) where to get good price tickets. Thanks. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. This may not suit you but it's here for info:
Last minute availability ON THE DAY tickets can be bought from here.
http://www.officiallondontheatre.co.uk/tkts/today
You have to queue to get the tickets and not all shows are available.
I believe you have to pay in CASH only.
The Whatson Stage link is also a good source of info0
