oh im so glad you found him! I bet your not letting him out of your sight now!0

he keeps sitting next to the catflap now he's eaten, I think he's pushing his luck, Hubby came home on his dinner to see him.
He's being a bit grumpy with his brother, but I suppose that's because he's been stressed0 -
Thank you for all your support and joining Foxys Facebook group now has 243 members in 24 hours which is great, hopefully many more will join.
I am trying to contact Paul Grady and as suggested on another forum Grahame Norton, but cannot find any contact details for them or their shows.
I spoke to someone at ITV central news who are supposed to be discusing the matter today to see if they can run with the story but I am not hopeful as it has now been a week since I first contacted them and they do not seem to realise that they longer it takes the less chance they have of getting him back. Although to be fair the BBC have not replied at all.
If anyone knows Paul Grady or Graham Norton personally or any dog loving celebrity who may be able to add some clout to the campaign I would be eternally grateful if you could let me know. In the meantime please get as many people as you can to join Foxys facebook group. If anyone has got Paul to make an announcement for their lost pet how did you do this?
A lost dog is in the media eyes just a lost dog. A lost dog with a large facebook group may just catch their interest and add weight to the campaign.

Oh thank goodness! I'm so happy for you! Hurrah for eagle eyed [nosy] neighbours!!
My mum's neighbours had a similar thing happen - they were away for a couple of months, but their daughter had come to stay for a week and brought her cat, and had left the catflap on "in only" on her last day there.
A few days later Mum noticed a light left on, so popped round with the spare keys to turn it off.
When she got in, there was a horrendous smell & cat poo & puddles all over the lovely wooden floor!
Turned out a cat from nearby had gone exploring and got stuck in the house for 3 days, poor thing, must have been really stressed! Mum never saw it but heard it scarper out the front door.
Thank goodness they left the light on & mum went round, or the cat would probably have starved, as the neighbours weren't due home for a couple of weeks more.
It's a good reminder to keep catflaps locked when you go away!
And bless your DH for coming home to see him. Mine would be the same way, we're both so soft on them.0 -
Does anyone think we should post this on another part of mse too - maybe the moneysavers arms? To get more members?0
