  • It's not a bad car but the 206 isn't a very good car, not good reliability. Also no mention of air con, should be a must have.

I would suggest look into getting a japanese car like a yaris, jazz, micra etc.

You appear to have posted this thread twice - please sort that.

    Also, It's a Peugeot - I don't really like them.

You haven't posted a price so can't say a lot more
  • It's not hating french cars, the 206 just isn't a good car if you have done your research you would know this. French cars generally have reliability issues and are not well made as japanese/germanys/fords etc.

I had a 205 once as my 1st car, that was reliable. Yaris is the car to get if you prefer it.

206 have silly little engines in that wear quickly, horrible engines in them.

Go look at it and at the engine, it will show you how well the car is built!

I'm thinking, taking into account the time of MOT and Tax remaining on this car, offer the seller £350 - it's fair, it's a 206, he can't be expecting a sale even LOL

Body coloured bumper? Front bumper is clearly black and not body coloured.

It does say bumper and not bumpers though, Maybe the rer one is blue?

I am sorry to say I tend to agree. French cars used to be pretty good but after around 1997 and things went down hill. I even feel sorry for Nissan (they merged with Renault??) as they seem to be suffering problems from sharing parts from renault

Of course it has body coloured bumpers.

What do you think that blue piece of plastic a few inches up from the ground is that's got the number plate and foglights on is?
