    Though women with open tops are far more common pictures...

    I'm not sure my accountant is in to bondage Z :rotfl::rotfl:

    Accounts delivered this morning..:j:j....had to wait for decorator and south east water to arrive first (the promised attendance at 8.30am rapidly became 9.30am and all the while the 25mm of rain we;ve had since 5am was causing the stream to rise rather alarmingly:eek:).however i managed to dash up there and back before the stream could break its banks....(actually...it didn;t in the end but got rather too close for comfort :D)

    edit: still at least Bandit would have been Ok in his canoe :rotfl:

    It was only meant to be a simple job.........I MUST be jinxed.

    So South East Water turn up this morning to replace the mains stopcock. First of all their saw breaks and they have to wait for another one to be delivered (although they did turn the water back on at this point - edit would have been nice if they told me). They start work again (turning the water off - again with no notice) and I leave to take Greasy Ginger and Micturitious Muffin to the nice Spanish vets at 11.45am.

    I return at 13.45 to find they've finished the job, filled in the big hole they dug in the banks of the stream....... and b**gered orf...

    AND LEFT ME WITH NO EFFING WATER
    :mad::mad:
    (and no heating/hot water either)

    Obviously in a hurry to get to their lunch, they have forgotten to turn the stopcock back on....not only that, the decorator was still here, and he confirmed they didn;t knock on the door to check it was back working before they left.
    Rang South East Water and I may have to wait 24 hours for them to send someone out.....although the chappie assured me he was logging it as "no water supply" so it would get the highest priority

    Poor WOL...I feel so sorry for you with everything that goes wrong..can't believe the idiots have left you with no water.

    thank god the stream didn't burst as well...so glad for that..it must be awful worrying everytime it rains heavily.

    well done on getting the accounts in.

    hope Bandit is recovering and that other piggies are well xxxx
