    Ufortunately the last few days have caused a lot of stress owing to "the past I thought I;d worked hard to leave behind a long time ago" hitting me blindside...:eek:_pale__pale__pale__pale__pale_...... No further details...it's private stuff...but I have been bricking it :(


    Been stuck on the M25 carpark a lot today.:mad:.....both there and back. Very tired.

    But....Hurrah..Beechie boy is back home where he belongs....and looking OK :)

    Off to bed.

    I'm sorry you're bricking it about the past potentially catching up with you, Wol. But remember, you're a different person from the one that endured that past - you're much stronger now. Even though the trials of the last few years have troubled you, notice that after you've maybe felt overwhelmed for some days, (days, not months) you get up and fight back. And with your diet more healthy now, that'll give you more resources again.

    And Beechie's back! I hope he's done well overnight.
