I'm sorry you're bricking it about the past potentially catching up with you, Wol. But remember, you're a different person from the one that endured that past - you're much stronger now. Even though the trials of the last few years have troubled you, notice that after you've maybe felt overwhelmed for some days, (days, not months) you get up and fight back. And with your diet more healthy now, that'll give you more resources again.
