    Morning all

I'm sitting here with a coffee and busy updating all the challenges I've joined. I know it's only 8 days into January but I still have motivation.

I've just joined Weightwatchers online. i've done it through topcashback as recommended by martin. 3 months membership £29.85 + Cash back (it better track) £30.30 = +45p to me:T I went to class on Wed and had put on 4lb:eek: I know I'm full of PMT bloat but even so 4lb!!!!!. I must have really enjoyed Xmas:rotfl:Back on the plan.

My sister is home for New Year and we're going out for dinner tonight so want to have a good night but not mess up my diet.

I got word that I have my job interview on Wed afternoon. I hate interviews. I'm actually a very competent person and do well at my job but when it comes to interviews I turn into a nervous gibbering idiot :o. I'm looking at it his way, "if I don't get the job it's their loss":D

Ok, today I have dinner and I'm off to buy the Daily Mail as they have a WW section in it today - so there is no chance of an NSD.

    Have a good day everyone.

    Evening all

I am so knackered that I could end up in bed v v early.

I was out last night with my entire family and it was lovely. I was the designated driver so no hangover and spends not too bad. This weekend has been so busy but absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately I have nothing lined up until next month to go out for.

Ok spends front - dinner wasn't so bad yesterday -£25 and today's spends was £1 for Mum's paper. Apart from milk for work, i shouldn't be spending much money (famous last words :o)

This is my first full week back and I think it's going to be a bit of a struggle.

I was at the jewellers yesterday with my sister and she was returning a broken gift. i saw a gorgeous bracelet for only £20 but I resisted and felt very virtuous. If it's still there in July and I still like it I can buy it then guilt and debt free. I'm trying to adopt that attitude with everything. Come July I could have a very long list to go shopping with:D

I spent today tidying and putting away the Xmas tree, so feel very productive today.

    Afternoon all,

A colleague has just sat down to lunch with a big bucket of chips and a mince pie. I'm away to have my ham salad sarnie. It's not the same :(

Spends front - doing ok and I think I'm on for another NSD today. I saw a dress in the Coast sale down from £135 quid to £29 but it wasn't really my type and I don't need it and I probably wouldn't wear it but it was tempting.:D

17 days to pay day - it's going to be a very long month and I have the car tax to pay at the end of the month. I need to put some money aside for my MOT in March. It's fun fun fun.

On money side. Topcashback has acknowledged my WW subscription so hopefully it will soon track and I can have my money back in my account. I need to make sure that I end the subscription in 3 months otherwise it won't be a saving.

Not much news for a Monday morning. It's a long time to 5 and home.

Hope everyone's day is going well.

    :)Morning all

    Yesterday was an NSD :j.

I spent nearly £30 on petrol this morning but I don't count that as a spend as it's a necessity and comes out of my necessity budget. The handle in my fuel tank barely moved over the 1/2 way point :( and 5p more is to go onto fuel in April . I work 35 miles from work and have a crap transport service. I would have to drive 5 miles to get a bus and it would only take me 10 miles from work. I do car share but my car share buddy is a bit remiss about paying. if I get this new job I will be travelling 20 miles less per day:T. fingers crossed.

Good news on money front. I contacted Easyjet as I won't be running London this year and they have refunded me £45 for the tax on my fare and submitted my details to the insurance company and hopefully I should get the rest.

BF wants us to go away with his mates the first weekend in Feb. It should be fun but I want to use all my money for clearing my debt. It will be at least £150 each and my car tax is due this month. I will have to raid my savings.

Ok must dash and do some work. I have a healthy salad with me today ..yuck

Good luck with the job - the fewer miles should make a difference.

Healthy salad here too :( but my colleague has just popped out for some chocolate :)

Hi Poles - I would love a colleague like yours at the minute. My dieting willpower has gone out the window. I'm hoping to get the interview out of the way tomorrow and get focused on more positive things after that. Hope everything is ok with you.

Wishlist -Well I have a created a wish list for myself, for when i'm debt free - everytime I'm tempted to buy I'll just stick it on my wishlist and if I still want it come July then I'll buy it. So far I want a bracelet and an iphone. I'm not a gadgety person but I would quite like an iphone. i want a holiday somewhere amazing like the Maldives but that is way down the wishlist. I would also like to be conscripted to a boot camp where i would be forced to exercise and be healthy and I wouldn't have to find any will power.

Right I'm away to root through my wardrobe for a suit that says -
    • I'm confident
    • I could manage an office
    • I can do the job standing on my head
    • i can be firm
    • but approached.
    • Finally, you HAVE to give me the job.

Will update you all tomorrow to see how much of a gibbering idiot i was. It will probably not be a no spend tomorrow as I may treat myself to chips depending on how good/bad the interview went.

    Poles - thankyou

Oh I am sooooo exhausted. The interview was 50 mins long and it flew in. I did come out thinking that I didn't disgrace myself but at the same time there were other things that I should have got into the conversation but didn't. I think there are more interviews tomorrow but whatever will be will be.

Spends front - Bit of a spendy front -

£1.00 starbucks coffee & 50p paper (to occupy mind before interview)
55p mints (realised breath stank of coffee before interview)
£1.45 chips (cheap work canteen no longer as cheap)
£1.86 on sweets for nephews which I helped them munch.

    Total = £3.86

I think there should be an exception made on spends when i'm stressed out:rotfl:

I have a physio appointment tomorrow which will be £25 but needs must as I'm waiting for a referral to an NHS physio (again).

I need to put my mind in order to get back to healthy living and exercising

    Morning all

I went to physio last night and she said that all the problem areas i have are progressing really well. However still cant seem to progress much on running and have loads of new aches and pains and generally feel run down. She advised me to drink more water, to try to get more iron in my diet and get back to doing tons of core work. Will see what happens.

No word on job interview. I think the interviewer was to speak to his Director. I might know today or maybe not. Every time the phone rings I jump and am being even more polite than normal. :D

Spends front £25 on physio (until I get referred to NHS). £1.45 on sarnie in canteen yesterday. I've got myself back in order and have made a lunch today.

It's mid way through the month and things are starting to get a bit tight. I have £94.29 to get me to end of month. Top cashback owes me £30.30 but I will have to wait for that to track fully.

I don't have any more bills to pay (that I know off). So that is approx £47 each week. BF is working weekends for the next 3 weeks so that might cut the costs a bit.

I will go for a run at lunchtime to clear the cobwebs:D

Quick update before I head to bed (yes I really am that exciting:D).

Spends front - 7.40 on pizza - it's friday after all and 7.21 on odds and sods in Mr T

    Friday spends = 14.61.

No spendy plans tomorrow but I am out and about with BF so chances of spending no money are pretty slim.

    Have a good weekend everyone.
