While many may agree with your sentiments towards the housing market, Im going to remind you that you need to be nice to alol moneysavers. This isnt the first time that youve done somethng like this, its unneccesary, and unpleasant and im letting you know Im reporting you to abuse. Absolutely no need.

I have as much right to free speach as anyone on here. If I think she is greedy I will say so.

This is a site dedicated to saving money. I did not realise I was on https://www.hugsandkisses.com

i think you have lost sight of what this forum is all about. it is about helping others save money and yes you can make your opinions / views heard but you do not have to insult people.

Sold Subject to Contract sign gone up, buyers offer check came back fine, so as far as can be, it's sold :D I realise things could still go belly up, but fingers crossed. I suppose the question to ask is, what now could go wrong at this stage? The only things I can think of is a) they change their mind (can't see any reason for this to happen though) or b) they decide to have a full structural survey and something comes back as a concern. Is there anything else?

Going to view another house tomorrow - at the very top of our price range, though, but still worth a gander.

  • Well we've realised that the house we are viewing today is our dream house, so barring any major disaster with the viewing, we are going to make an offer today! It will be mine!

  • I just have to say that I love your positive attitude – wish I was more like that! It is so refreshing that you are so excited and positive as I get so stressed and anxious. LOL. I really hope you get it and it is your dream house – let us know.
