    We haven't found anything we want yet, so need to get a shift on!

    We were offered a thousand less than asking price, and nudged them up a bit to a final price of 500 less than asking. Very pleased with that.:D

  • Excellent news! I'm also trying to sell but unfortunately my for sale sign got nicked last nite which wont help! I bet some poor unsuspecting person woke today to find they were selling up!!!!

    Congratulations. £500 less than asking price is pretty well asking price in my books.

    Im a bit miffed actually as my EA asked me to do the negotiating and I know my buyer would have paid full asking price, but I let her off two grand! Duh! Wish I hadnt now!
