    charming!
Actually i put my house up for less than valued for a quick sale, and although my buyer told me she would pay full asking, i let her off 2k, comments like that are just so unnessary!

The reason i am regetting it is that 2k would have come in really handy, and i had six people after the house, I just liked my buyer. But I should have thought of myself and my family 2k is a lot of money.

  • Had a buyer yesterday who basically said she wanted it. We had it up for 125k originally but after 2 weeks reduced to 122,950k she is now saying she will offer around 120k, We dont want to lose her as we know there is a similar house round corner but think everyone puts a cheap 1st offer in and if we say no she may come back with another 1/2k. (wonder if reallywildone thinks Im greedy too!) Have just started looking properly in Stockport as last year fell in love with a house then couldnt sell ours!

While many may agree with your sentiments towards the housing market, Im going to remind you that you need to be nice to alol moneysavers. This isnt the first time that youve done somethng like this, its unneccesary, and unpleasant and im letting you know Im reporting you to abuse. Absolutely no need.

 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
