    Also keep an eye on your phones missed calls.
    The win back team have a specific code.
    If you attempt to call it back it at least identifies itself as sky.
    These guys do not call until you are cut off.
    I suspect having chatted to them they try and contact most customers as soon as possible after cut-off.
    Reason he gave me was to avoid losing people to other suppliers.

    Cancelled on the 2nd Jan. Had a phone call today offering me a 25% discount on the entertainment package. Declined this offer, hoping I get another call soon!

    You probably wont.
    Trend appears to be 1 offer (35% in my latest case) while in notice period.
    Then win back team after xxx days of cold turkey.

    . Cancelled end Nov and not a cheap. The longer it goes on the more. I get used to not having it.
