OSpa London Voucher - rubbish service

I have today reported Ospa London to Action Fraud which is a Government organisation working on behalf of the Police. They say the more people who tell them about their bad experiences of this company the more likely they are to be able to take action.

If you are still witing for a refund of postage from these people - or if they have conned you out of money in some other way - please call this number and let them know. I am owed £14.95 - not a lot of money but multiply it by all those still waiting and it is a very large sum. DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT!0 -
Hi Can anyone help me i purchased this deal with groupon in july - i never received the face masks - i had also ordered eye mask as they were on special Promotion.
I contacted groupon and after 3 months they refunded the mask voucher money but i still havent gotten back the 12-90 extra that I paid the company.
I have contacted groupon about this on numerous occassions and they keep saying that O spa are dealing with this though this is 5 months later - is this legal? Is it not groupons responsibility to chase this for me and ensure a refund as they offered the deal in the first place.
I am absolutely furious with the customer service i have received and constantly getting panned off - i have about 6 ticket numbers and still no refund. I know its not a big amount but its the principal of the thing.
This is about the 3rd deal i have had issues with and needless to say i wont be buying another one.

I was interested to see all the posts about OSpa. I had a Groupon deal which I booked for the day I was leaving UK to go to Australia on holiday. It was for a luxury manicure and pedicure with hot stone massage and parafin wax treatments at the Austin Reed spa. I trailed across London to get to Austin Reed only to be told they werent there any longer. Shlepped over to Kensington in a bad mood and they offered me a full body massage to compensate. They have had bad staff problems apparently. However, the manicure and pedicure that I booked was far from the treatment I expected and was a very basic nail polish only. Wrote and complained and had a very helpful email back from Matt the salon Manager who has offered me a free manicure and pedicure treatment. I would suggest you contact him if you are still having problems.0

This company is a joke. They have no clue about customer service and you should avoided at all costs. If you want to be treated like crap and have appointments cancelled over and over, then have a complete nightmare trying to get a refund then this company ticks all the boxes.

After contacting them via email, phone and post I've had no reply. Their manager always appear to be away from the office. Their staff have given me mobile phone numbers to contact them as they said that their phone provider has shut off their landline!
Anyone successfully got their money back? Who's with me to get together and go as a team to get our money back?0 -

It seems I also fell afoul of them... Now that I googled them online they seem be a very disreputable company...
I initially purchased a massage treatment from them through Groupon, earlier this year. I went to it, and it was fine. Later in the year (a bit before summer), I purchased a few more treatments from them (massage, men's barbering), not from Groupon but directly from the O Spa website.. Same story as everyone, I tried to book them online, couldn't do it since the system doesn't work. Tried to phone the Kensington branch but the number isn't even connecting anymore!
Jass, do you know if that branch is still open? I'm thinking of going there in person, and see what can be done.

I've just inboxed you. Unfortunately the Kensington branch is closed. It got shut down by bailiff's. The doors had big padlocks and a notice explaining all the legal proceedings etc.
I've wrote to the head office but letter got returned as I believe that's also closed.
The supervisor at the kensington branch called Sarita Shenoy messed me about before they closed down. I've since tracked her down on LinkedIn and she's still part of their parent company the MultiTrax Group.
I am not giving up on this as they've robbed a lot of people and think they can get away with it.

I used my groupon voucher at kensingoton last year and it was a good venue so i bought two more vouchers directly from them
one as a birthday present and still waiting to use them
Kensingoton branch closed
city riverside never answers phone and even if they do they say they will call you back
and i bought a face mask from their site 4 months ago and never received it
I am planing to take action now0 -
