Hi There,
ive read all through your diary, and you must be proud of the dent youve made in your debt. Well done:j
You must be really excited about your little one due to make an appearance any day now. Ive got 2 boys (ages 9 and 22 months).
Im going to keep reading your diary (hope you dont mind), its an inspiration to keep reading, and think "right i not going to spend any money today". I know what its like to get into debt (heavily into debt), im lucky now that im out of it, and the plan is to keep out of it although hubbie wants to move house this year which will mean a big hike in the mortgage which im dreading.
Anyway, good luck when the baby comes. One tip though Get as much sleep as you can.

Hi Lyns hun, how are you doing?
Little Thomas is adorable and I am completely besotted with him. His night feeds seem to have settled down to 3 overnight so it's all a bit tiring and I'm dreaming of having 8 hours in bed. Actually 5 hours would do...
I'm still a bit sore but I'm not needing as many painkillers these days and I feel quite mobile. Still taking it easy though.
Tell me all your news... work, the flat, the love-life...

Aw thanks for the replies- it was feeding time here again so was off-line for a while! I'm hoping to be back on MSE much more as he gets a bit easier to look after.
Thomas is a good little DFW as he likes being in his cloth nappies :-) I'll have him trained to do our meal plans soon... !

Long time no updates... having a baby around takes up so much time and energy I hardly have a chance to do internet stuff these days. I've got into the habit of doing my quidco and pigsback clicks while doing the first feed of the day but apart from that I haven't been a very good DFW since Thomas arrived
Anyway, T is 4 weeks old now so it's about time I got back into the swing of things. I am using cloth nappies part-time; I had to really after spending so much money on them, and they're really no hassle at all. I can't get on with them at night as I hate leaving him lying in wet cloth for hours so I've compromised and am just using them during the day.
I got 90% of my pay this month but managed to pay a couple of hundred off the credit card. My day to day expenses have definitely gone down since starting maternity leave- the only activity Thomas and I do is walking so most of my days are NSDs if you don't count the essential food expenses.
I started matched betting again today- finally I feel able to concentrate on the figures again as I'm getting used to not having as much sleep. Hubby and I need to go back to his family in South Africa at some point this year to introduce the new arrival so I need to make as much cash towards the flights as possible. Currently I'm about £500 in profit which is almost one flight ticketDebt at highest May 2006: £27,472.24
