Hi Mrs Sparkle, good to hear that baby Sparkle is being a good boy and helping Mum to earn money.
Did Egg manage to rectify your payment problem, I'm sure I read of someone else on here having the same problems with Egg disputing the payment received when they had tried to make an overpayment.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0 -

Hi there, yes they did sort it out so my account is showing all payments now. What a ridiculous system though  I'm planning to make another overpayment this month if my bonus comes through so no doubt I'll have to explain it all again. I don't mind as long as they don't put on my credit record that I fell behind with the payments!Debt at highest May 2006: £27,472.24

Mrs Sparkle! You've been missed! In fact only yesterday I was wondering whether Little Sparklo made an appearance! I am glad he's still baking and all is well and good. Sorry you had that scare last week, hope all else goes smoothly from now until the end.
Time will fly by and you will be off work before you know it I am sure. Is everything ready for him or do you have a few last minute things to do?Leason learnt :beer:0 -
Hiya hun! I haven't posted on your daily thread for ages as I'm too ashamed! I've gone over budget on my grocery shopping, bought a new telly and indulged in a bit of cute baby stuff gathering too... just call it nesting. Baby S is getting ready to appear- his head's engaged and I'm getting lots of twinges... am hoping he hangs on for another 3 weeks though so keep your fingers crossed.
How are things with you? I see you've gone past the 50% mark... well done you!Debt at highest May 2006: £27,472.24

Sure, I'll keep my fingers crossed (might stop me scoffing biscuits who knows  ) but you keep your legs closed! :rotfl:
I knew I hadn't seen you on the 'how much' but would never harass a pregnant ladyI am doing OK thanks. Work is so busy right now and we are having lots of changes, new people, new jobs....all the usual really. Just wish I could hibernate through it all! Passing the 50% mark was great - needed a little boost today to be honest.
I know nothing about baby stuff but really hope the head being engaged is not painful to either you or Sparklo!Leason learnt :beer:0 -
It's a fantastic achievement- you should be very proud of yourself :j
I will make an effort from tomorrow to confess all on your thread as there are another 2 weeks till payday so I need to be as good as I can.
I know what you mean about work- my work is absolutely manic at the moment. I have cleaners who think it's beneath them to clean, customers who hassle me constantly and millions of emails every day. My maternity cover has started now though so I'm offloading most of it onto himVery satisfying I can tell you.

Another week of nothing to report in the debt-paying department... the middle of the month gets so depressing sometimes. I can't list anymore stuff on eBay at the moment because I could go into labour at any time so can't guarantee being around to answer questions and post parcels... that's going to have to wait till I've got the baby home and established into some sort of routine that lets Mummy have a bit of time to herself.
The good news is that it does look as if I'll be getting a pay rise which should be decided by the end of the week and included in January's payslip. I'm still hoping for a decent bonus too so roll on 31st January:D I plan to use this to clear my Marbles card and hopefully make an overpayment on my Egg loan too- this will leave me with only 2 debts- MBNA (0% till December) and my loan so the payments will be much easier to juggle through the lean months of maternity pay which are about to start.
So that's me- hanging around waiting for baby Thomas to appear and hanging around waiting for pay day. Last week at work this week and then I'm off. If Thomas doesn't make his appearance early I'll get the first week off as paid annual leave which will be fantastic. If he does come early I'll lose a week's pay but hey, I'll have a baby and I won't be pregnant anymore so I'll still be happyDebt at highest May 2006: £27,472.24
