    I tried courgette and parsnip cake in a Vegan cafe once and it was absolutely heavenly, so must try this one ... thanks!

    What about leaving some of them to grow into nice big fat marrows? Then you can have stuffed marrow, marrow wine, marrow & ginger jam, alarm all your neighbours by turning up with a marrow for them????
    Oh, the fun you can have!!!!!!

    My Mum's very OS and has lots of veg growing in the gardens. She 'forgot' to check her courgettes and now has a glut of GIANT specimens :D

    What can she do with them?


    She suggested chutney but my miserable Dad said "we never bl00dy eat chutney" (:rolleyes: )

    Courgettes are both small and large marrows - depends how big you let them grow before picking them.
