Arty you must try the nut roast. I didn't make it tonight but we've had it a few times and both love it.

Yep - when I click on that, I get the "404 Not Found" error mesage - The requested URL/clientscript/ieprompt.php was not found on this server. That's been the case last couple of days, worked fine before. And it can't be an MSE wide thing cos you and RT are working ok :)

I can't be ersed with it at the mo, but if it's still playing up over the next day or two, I'll post in the site feedback for advice....

Aye... thats what I got too.. and never got it before :(

And, I have just worked out that RT.... is Arty :o:cool::rotfl:

Hi back to the salt issue:), so I'm thinking of including this then in the nutrition FAQs and not having salt in the nutrition boxes:

I need to watch my salt levels, are your meals suitable for me?

Our meal which contains the most salt is the bacon and onion pudding, which contains 1.71g per serving. The nutritional guidelines recommend you have 6g or less daily, and so this meal contains less than a third of your daily amount.

If you are following our meal planners exactly, none of the days as stated will exceed 5g of salt.

    what do people think?:)

You type in , then copy the link to your pic, then on the end of it type in.

Weezl, salt thing looks fine to me. Perhaps just add in to watch the seasoning on the meals that already contain salty stuff (as in bacon, cheese, olive brine, peanuts and whatever else) ? Just to show we paid attention to that particular issue ?

you're probably right, I just think it makes MORE things sound salty than actually are IYSWIM?

hmmmn how can I make this make more sense I'm not being very articulate, sorry.

OK say kitty normally buys this healthy looking food:

    016481.jpg?ts=634095944800

which doesn't score a red light for salt on the traffic light labelling system. So she's pretty happy right?

Well so she eats what? 4 slices a day?

Ok so already just with those slices she's already over any of the FULL DAYS meals of either kitty or shirl's planner.:)

Ours is an incredibly low salt choice.

So to say watch yourself on these days feels like it raises doubt about something.

Errrm am I making any sense?

I see what you are saying Weezl. I think what you wrote is fine considering just how low the salt content in. Just wondering is there a minimum RDA of salt? What I mean is can you be salt deficient?
