Thanks YB- just hope in reality I have the energy to cook them. Will hopefully be ok this week but need to batch cook at the weekend as when I'm at work I really struggle with energy levels when I get home.
I'm sure my meals aren't as tasty as yours!

I'm sure they are. I've been eating crap the last few days, can't wait for the shopping to be delivered tomorrow so I can plan better.

    Hi YB, Froggy and Courgette!

Back to school today. Teacher training day though so the fun really starts tomorrow. Am determined to cook properly tonight to wind down.

As part of my use it or lose it and decluttering I'm going to pick 1 cookbook a month and try out some recipes from it and then decide if it is a keeper! First on the list is Jamie Oliver The Naked Chef as I have several of his books but can't recall cooking anything from them!! Will have a look through and see what I can make using ingredients I already have!

Thats sounds like a good idea x I did some bits out of my Delia Vegetarian book for Christmas and a baking book DansDad got me a while ago - although I got pretty hooked on Nigella Lawson.... Mebbe I shpould be really good and bin/sell/charidee 5 paperbacks and get 1 Nigella book....:A

Have decluttered one paperback on Greenmetropolis today and have 2 items about to be deceluttered via ebay :D

Hi Jellie :) I'm going to steal your idea and start using my cookbooks more to decide if they're worth keeping. I've got a fair few :o

I now tend to look on the Good Food website if I want a recipe.
Currently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck :)
