To help reduce costs
Eat 5 a day plus probiotic yoghurt.
Just buy a big pot of natural yoghurt, its cheaper and does the same thing
If you want the little "bacteria" to live longer in your stomach, reduce caffeine and alcohol, no need to add any extra as your body make your own
Happy New Year to you, wishing you everything you want
Thanks radish- I actually make the probiotic yoghurt. I don't drink alcohol or caffeine but have the yoghurt due to my medical condition and because I frequently have to take antibiotics. Thanks for the advice- I fully agree with your healthy peeved!

Thanks all. I was planning on checking online banking today to workout my baseline figures for this year. However we went for drinks with the neighbours at noon and have only just got back! I guess I'd better leave it to tomorrow now!!2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0

Wish I'd have thought of that radish! Then again if I make up 11 different things at the end of the year people may not notice
Had bannanas on the verge of being thrown out so made a sponge pudding with them. Tasted lovely! Have rough meal planned for week and almost spent my £10 budget for the week! Will be having pizza, chicken mozzarella and Parma ham with daupinoise tatties, beef stroganoff and chicken fajitas. Menus driven by store cupboard and Christmas food about to go out of date.
First spend of year £30 on stuff for my health condition. One of these was recommended by my consultant so I might ask dr if I can get it on prescription since I prepay.
Started a reorganisation of work clothes. Will do a bit every day this week!
Back to work tomorrow- will miss having the time and energy to potter around cooking and decluttering2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0
