Dont use special delivery (unless you paid over £41). 2nd class recorded would be the cheapest option.

Thanks but I believe in order for my paypal claim to be successful it has to go by a fully trackable method which means special delivery! :(

Is it a big risk to do 1st class recorded to the seller and would paypal not accept it?

:( not funny when things are for your little one.

Glad you are getting one sorted. I would def. hold off on the negative rating and let the seller stew for a while.

Now that relations have turned nasty with the seller, you'll have to follow the rules on buyer protection to the letter I'd say.

Are there any cheaper courier options? Obviously check first that they track online.
Good old Royal Mail not only do they damage items, in the post, without spoiling the the packaging they also launder the items. Where else in the world would you get service like that from the mail system?

ok, claim been granted :D and I finally have the address - now the email from paypal says that I should send it via a service which will confirm that the package was delivered. Now I know recorded get a signature on delivery so am still debating - recorded or special delivery??? Help please!
