Escalate it. She's already said no. And whatever you do, don't close the dispute until you have the money back.

I have asked her to provide me with her address so I can return the costume to her. She hasn't replied and if she has not replied within 24 hours then I will escalate it to a claim as by that time she is obviously not going to play by the rules. :) Conveniently she had not put a return address on the back of the parcel.

I certainly won't be giving up until I get my money back.

    :)

Asda, Tesco & Mothercare all do them. We got ours from M&S - but #i wouldnt recommend it as it is falling apart.
    The Asda one looks good:

here is a pic of the main stain - I have since found a smaller stain on the sleeve plus a couple of catches/caught threads on the sleeves. The stain is darker than it looks in the picture. It looks like tea or coffee or coca cola.

and hubby agrees it stinks of washing powder too.

:rotfl: The seller has just emailed me saying that she finds it hard to believe that I did not see the stain on the picture when advertised... but in the same sentence claims to describe all faults in description accurately. (there was no mention of any stains or marks etc) also the picture was at a decent enough distance to make the stain not visible.

:rotfl: am escalating it to a claim now :rotfl:

What stain? It wasn't there when she packaged it up in front of all her witnesses, why would it be there in the photo? It was damaged in the post remember?:rotfl:

Yes doh! lol... she then sent me an email saying that she doesn't have time for all this hassle so I should send it back and she will refund me £6 (I paid £9 incl postage) but then she still didn't give me her address. :p

Too bad, I replied that is is now a paypal claim and she should respond through them. She has been careful to avoid making replies through paypal as well but I just copied and pasted all the emails between us onto the paypal dispute forms. :D

She will have to refund the full £9 if you win the dispute. I give her 0/10 for customer service.

obviously she will get a negative from me too, question is when to leave it? now or once the dispute is settled? :)

Don't worry about the address. I believe Paypal will give you it when you escalate the dispute and have to return her stained garment to her.
