Yes you can use your clubcard vouchers at face value, but not via twice the value exchange vouchers.
I was in a larger Extra store today - wandering around there are clues to be seen. When you go in the Clothing department, there are plackards hanging down above the aisles - promoting the voucher exchange, the same with Toys, the same with Household items, the same with Baby items, the same with Mobile phone area, and the same Garden.
Curiously enough at the Electrical department where the TVs and ipods etc were on display - there weren't any.
I had a chat with one assistant at the voucher exchange both, said that there had been enquiries about ipods & TVs, but no exchanges for them.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
I ordered an item (£100 - £50 in clubcard vouchers) which when I got it home realised was incorrect. I had to return it but there is no system for giving you back vouchers so I had the value (£100) credited to my debit card.0

I changed my vouchers and got £30 for clothing and £90 for toys.
Went to the big Tesco 'Home' store and got the last of the school uniform stuff I needed, and lots of toys to put away for christmas - mainly lego sets, polly pocket and sylvanian families stuff.
