I chose a mobile from the catalogue (with a bit of help from a recommendation on here) and went to get one instore. The store didn't have any Orange network phones so I went to the Direct desk and the staff member said she would order it for me with free home delivery - she also doubled up my vouchers for me (wasn't at all bothered when I said they weren't all in the same name) and sorted it all out. Phone coming on Thursday in a pre-booked slot.ELITE 5:2

There shouldn't be any problems with mobiles as they are one of the featured categories on all their advertising for the double-up campaign.0

Doubled £20 in vouchers (which were only acquired from a 2000 extra points code used online ages ago!) into £40 and bought a baby monitor with sensor mat (which had £10 off) for our new arrival due in Feb. Certainly saved us a lot of pennies and is one more thing ticked off the list!0

I haven't had my new vouchers yet but I have loads from before because I have been saving them up for a weekend away that, knowing us, we are bound to never get on but I can't find a single perishing thing I want!0

Sorry to persistbut when you ask for 'online' vouchers do you still have to say what department they are for?
(That is if I ever find anything I can buy)0 -
went and exchange £20 for a vax hoover (£44), but when got it home dh was not impressed so he took it back and replaced with another one. When we got that one home noticed it was faulty...so took that one back as well. Tesco man kindly credited the full amount back to my credit card. So made £40 cash from £20 vouchers.......0
