Just in case this applies to other people too...
I actually rang Tesco clubcard helpline wondering where my vouchers had got to, as online it showed I am due £30 in November (noe for august so I thought they might be lost in the post)
Turns out that since I signed up for the Christmas Savers club, I won't be getting any vouchers till then!!! Grrrr...wanted to get a new half-price mattress.
Silly me, I hadn't realised that this was part of the deal.
Also looking very carefully at the T and Cs, it says you can't exchange bonus vouchers for rewards! So the £50 I am hoping to get from them will actually have to be spent in store at Tesco i guess. Oh well, I will run the timmed tomatoes and loo rolls right down.:rotfl:0 -
The Christmas saver club ( and its nice that Tesco haven't succumbed to any PC call to change the name), is to enable people to save their points till the November mailing. Thereby save themselves from the temptation of using them before. They also don't have to worry about change of address - as long as it is correct -23rd October.
They can top up in the store, as an extra way of saving with Tesco giving a bonus to that top-up amount - and yes the 'top-ups' are only usuable in the store or on-line at face value.
If anyone wishes to come out of the Christmas saver, they will get their vouchers in the next mailing i.e. not the current one if the exit is in the middle of a mailing.
Some people accidentally got a coupon, that was in the December mailing, scanned and went into it.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Okay sorry if this has been asked already. I have 3 different CC accounts and between them all I have enough vouchers for a new mobile, will Tesco allow me to change my vouchers from all different accounts at the same time without being funny about it?0

Ziggy - You have to change up your vouchers in £5 groups & the whole £5 does seem to need to be in points on the same card - they scan the card as part of the double-up. If you give them the little keyring card they also ask you for a form of ID with your name on it (or they do in my Tesco).
BUT once you've doubled up, £10 double-ups from different cards all seem to work fine together if you input them as discounts off the same internet order.
Hope this helps!0 -
