    A bigger bag for life?

Actually, they do those big vacuum packed ones...

I've got a couple of big JML ones in my loft with lots of old duvets in (the bags were a christmas present from my nan i think)

Certainly you could fit a dog into the biggest one. But then the OP described 'fur sticking up' which doesn't sound like a great dane as I thought they were short haired?

If it was an alsatian etc they could certainly vac pack it.

Spoke to my EA who had spoken to the buyer this am to suggest she ask us. The buyer was ina right state. What the buyer hasnt told us is that she wants a headstone/cross type thing made up (when they move in of course) which is why the pond was ideal and the patio isnt.

I suppose the concrete layer underneath the pond wont be too thick to break up. Does anyone have a discount code for HSS Hire?

The front garden is too tiny and I am sure the buyers would object to it being buried under the for sale board.

You didn't start the thread with that account.:p

    I was thinking alsatian, too.

We used to have an alsatian, and when it died we buried it in the back garden. When dad was digging his Koi pond, he'd forgotten where he'd buried the dog. I was having a go on the JCB digger that he'd hired, when I pulled out a big ribcage! Wasn't impressed. Not sure what we did, guess we must have just reburied it.

What a great thread, wonder if any of it is true.

If so, then tell them to get lost.

How inconsiderate of the dog to die before they had moved.

Tell them they can bury the dog in the pond. This has the added bonus that you won't have to buy fish food again before you move.

Hard to figure out who's the most barking in this little conundrum :rotfl:

If they adore the dog so much, their vet will store it in his freezer for them for a fee until they own the ground they want to stick it in. The vet will probably advise on how deep to bury the dog and also sell them a shroud for it.

This all has to be dealt with in a sensible manner, bearing in mind the propective purchasers so far have only offered to buy the house. Their surveyor may advise against purchase if he discovers a semi buried dog in the garden.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

At least you didn't think it was a person and almost call the police like my mum :rotfl::rotfl:
