    Hi Kavics!

Only just realised you had a diary...you should have nudged me in it's general direction :D. That's great news with the house purchase, what exciting times! Like the others have said, you are so organised that I am sure you will have paid off those loans long before they are due to end :).

My OH is also a bit of a foodie nightmare, I have never known one person eat so much . Fortunately at the moment it's not an issue as we have seperate finances so he can spend all his spare cash on food for all I care!.

Big congrats on passing the course too :T. I will subscribe now so I can see you along your journey.

    Jody

    Hi Jody:hello:,

Welcome!!! Thanks for congratulations, I just got the letter from OU about passing, I can't wait now to start with the next module.

Went to the gym this morning, than shopping. Popped into tesco's but halfway through we decided that Morrisons was cheaper so abandoned our shopping trolley and went next door:D. Saved about £10:T.

Went to see Sherlock Holmes in the theatre, thanks :money::). It was good but def not worth the £40 they ask for the tickets. £9.50 was reasonable, OH fall asleep ten minutes before the end:o. Nothing unusual:rotfl:.

Had pizza tonight but only shared one with OH who ate 3/4 of it so feeling rather pleased with myself:). Bring on tomorrow and I will face the toughest ever aerobics class with an instructor is like the one from the dreaded Shred dvd:).

    Have a good Saturday everyone!

    Jippeee, won £10 on lottery!!!:j

Today has been quite productive, kitchen ordered, flat correction work has been sorted, and also cooked nice chicken soup for my lovely OH who came down with a bit of a man-flu:D.

Parents-in-laws-to-be are coming on Wed so the flat is shining, all I have to do is bake a nice cake:D.

Tomorrow is the dreaded Monday, 4 day for me only, going to EAstbourne for air-show on Friday--no,no, I won't enjoy it unless the sun comes out!

My bank balance is depressing, it's just a pound over a £100. I really want to start paying the debt (though the first payment is not due till 2nd Nov) but need to wait for my salary which won't come till the very last day of this month :(. Good news is that credit card is on 0 at the moment, managed to do the weekly shopping using the babysitting money, so this month I should be able to save appr. 3/4 of my salary.

I need to start putting staff on ebay as well but will wait till OH's parents are out of the house.

Bake caking day! It's the day before the in-laws arriving, so need to make the extra effort. Dell engineer supposed to come to my work place to fix laptop, |I really hope it will be done, have had enough of it.

Spinning class tonight if I can book it-so far no reply from gym :(.

Well done on the lotto win! I hardly win anything on the normal lotto but don't do too bad on the euromillions :(. Hope you have a great time on Friday, we won't be going now as OH can't get the day off which is a shame.

Mmmmm Cake, what sort are you baking?

Chocolate brownies, all done. Not a happy bunny, OH p...d me off really badly, every decision we make about the house we make it together but if something goes wrong it's all my fault. I'm just so so angry, can't even express it:mad:. I had to cut off the phone as he was really shouting at me and this is the last thing I need, the problem is that we make the decisions together but I'm sorting everything out, I order staff, I deal with lawyers, seller, I buy what we need, I pick up the phone and not him. BAsically we had a budget for things like kitchen/oven/etc but as so many people we weren't really know what to count for this and that and we ended up over budget. It's not a huge amount-we'll be appr. £300 but because I missed sale deadlines we lost appr. £1000 -meaning that we could have been at the moment £700 better off. But that's life, and tbh it wasn't really my fault missing the deadlines, it was Barclay's as the money hasn't arrived on bank account on time, it came a day later. He better calm down or we'll have a long week with his parents being here.
