Quick update: just waiting for my salary to arrive and than I can update signiture, most likely on Monday. I was aiming to overpay Lloyds by a £1000 (from my salary only) but not sure it will happen as I have the Open University student loan going out as well. I can afford to overpay appr. £900 and will ebay and sell things for the rest so I can overpay more in December. OH said that he would send me money as well to overpay the loan but there are a couple of plane tickets to be booked so rather not touch the money on his account.
I still have things to do from to-do list, I will tackle those at lunch time.
Off to print out the Debenhams voucher and check the OU website, TMA 01 came back as 100%, just waiting for TMA 02 (should be far worst as they were due on the same day and I did not put as much effort in it as in TMA 01).0 -
My 50 day challenge:

3) Get Lloyds debt down to under £9500
4) Get all Xmas presents under £50 (that's 5 children and 6 adults)
5) Sort out WILL!!!
6) Sort out life insurance
7) Make a list what I need to buy on the sales at Xmas time
8) Reconnect with cousins
9) Book flights for February, Easter, May Bank holiday and book holiday for next June or September- for 4 flights for 2 people and one week holiday half board alltogether under £1000.
10) Lose 8 lbs to get down to 8st 8.
11) Chose the right charity I want to run London Marathon for and set up a justgiving page
12) Give up energy drink and chocolate bar addiction0 -
This is my challenge for MG's thread.
I bought Take that tickets today but hoping I can re-sell them before Xmas. I will see though would like to go and see them as well. Need to talk to OH, he doesn't know anything about it.0 -
My facebook page has been filled with updates about Take That! I am so glad I don't like them :rotfl:
That loan balance is coming down very nicely and well done on getting 100% on your OU module , you should be very proud of yourself .

Birthday weekend passed, came down with a terrible flu, not the best when you have a £100 worth voucher to one of the best restaurants in SW London

Lloyds and Tesco loan went out this morning, the first official payments. I made an overpayment of £1700 yesterday on Lloyds, so the balance should come down to just over £10k hopefully. I will update it once it reaches my loan account.
I have babysitting booked for Sat and next Fri so that should bring an additional £60. I'm still awaiting £60 from last Friday.0 -
Signiture adjusted for Lloyds, I need to call up Tesco's to see what the balance is but still wait a couple of more days for the first payment to reach my account.
Spent another £5 at Debenhams with the voucher, one more pair of running socks added to my Marathon wardrobe. Planning to buy an oven thermometer and a tea bag jar for the other two!0 -
I got up so early today, OH is away till Sunday and I can't sleep well without hiim (not like I can with him:o).
Washing machine is on, today's must to do list:
*[STRIKE]set up another washing[/STRIKE]*shred papers
*sort out sheet
*[STRIKE]watch dvd[/STRIKE]*study
*put some stuff on ebay
*[STRIKE]go to the dr with knee[/STRIKE]0 -
Oh dear, I am so so tired. Having horrible flu and strained ligament doesn't help one bit. I was babysitting last night for our upstairs neighbour and the only thing I wanted to do is going to sleep.
Hopefully Itunes is going to be solved today, I still wasn't able to download anything:(.
OH is still away, back on Sunday morning, will need to cook over the weekend...0
