Oh, I'm addicted to spinning and body pump! I love both and I ache after both:). I do aerobics on Sat and Sun, they are good fun. Try saying hello and asking how are you, someone might answer back. The aerobics teacher on Sat always says that just say hi to the person next to you, be friendly, make friends, than at the end of the class she gives us a 'little' lesson about healty eating and positive attitude-it makes us talk about it in the changing room. Whereabout are you?

I think I'll do that and see if I can make some friends - cheers hun :)

I live in Leeds and go to virgin life which is the most lovely gym ever and I am lucky as we also have a free gym at work that I can use.

Well done for getting on with your OU studies - it can be really hard to fit all that in along with having a life but you seem to be doing most excellently :D

    I don't like Mondays!

Well done on the babysitting money, I spy raisins and lemon in your list, what are you going to be baking?

    :D

Oh, I wish to be a Virgin member but there are not around where I live. I have to compromise on Fitness First which does the job but doesn't offer anything extra. Free gym at work is lovely:D, I have only a park round a corner where I can run around with kids:D. NOT!

Nothing:D. I hate raisins. OH takes them in his pack lunch and he is coming down with flu so will make him tea with lemon:D. I love baking but recently just can't be bothered? I mean I am just too tired and try to lose a bit of weight so why would I tempt myself:o?

Have a really bad headache- I think it's the lack of coffeine but I really really have to give up coke/RB so instead just took some paracetamol. Hopefully it will get better soon.

Oh, it's only Tuesday, I'm so tired. Boss is in so I really have to up my standards (which I always do but usually make sure that I do an hour job in about 20 min:) ). Dreading of October, just had a look at my OU books, it's going to be hard:(.

I'm skint at the moment, have £35 on my account, payday is 10 days away. Let's hope I don't need to spend any money till than.

Ok, positive vibes pls, just reading MG's Secret book (not hers, but she recommended it), one of our tenants is moving out from investment property and I need to find new ones by mid-October, latest beginning of November. The problem is that the flat is in a university city and at the moment no one is looking :(. I put the ad on different websites/papers but no one has called me/emailed me so keep your fingers cross for me and send those positive vibes..Thank you!

Positive vibes might have worked, current tenant is deciding tonight whether she wants to stay till end of march in flat. It would be great as it would give us more time to find the right new tenants. Not 100% yet but we shall see.

Ok, today I have had so far an email day, sorting out things, emailing everyone, I still have to remind my sister about Xmas presents for my God children, she said she would write a list and I can choose from it.

Bought lottery as well, positive vibes, positive vibes.

Did spinning class yest, it was so hard plus I run 15 min on the treadmill. I'm off tmrw to the gym to do spinning and body pump.

A good friend of mine is coming back to UK on Saturday, staying for a year or too, I am so excited, she is such a lovely girl and most of all,she is looking for a flat around us so that would be just an extra bonus!

MG's book arrived, recommended on OU website, hopefully some people would like to get it.

Glorious Thursday, can't wait to finish the week. Spinning and body pump class is on tonight, not sure I will have the energy to do both. I will see, booked both though.

Bank balance is depressing, only 7 days till payday. Hopefully. I will get my reduced salary from October, not good news but hey, I was counting on it anyway. I just need to make sure that the loan will be paid off ASAP.

Nothing else to report of, bought bike break pads yesterday, £23 :(. But I use my breaks all the time and this will last for another year I suppose. I also bought MG's other book, the one which arrived was so useful, it made so much sense. Bring on the studying now..

Sending you positive vibes for your lottery ticket! :D, I was going to say I don't envy your classes tonight but I have to go and look round a secondary school so I'm not sure who actually has it worse!

My bank balance is also depressing, I think I have maybe £1.01 in there but luckily it's payday for me tomorrow. :)

just caught up, sounds like you're doing so well what with overpaying, babysitting, starting OU and going to the gym.

It's rubbish when you have no energy though isn't it, that is exactly how I feel at the moment, but keep smiling and the world will soon seem better.

    speak soon
