Nooooooooo.......... Martin is completely ignoring that a lot of the Reward options are completely overpriced with 'Deals' so that you are not getting four times the face value!
Everyone knows that holidays are completely overpriced but I was looking at the below for £240 in Deals
 http://www.tesco.com/clubcard/deals/product.aspx?R=1407&bci=4294966207|Activity%20Days*4294966498|South%20of%20England*4294966017|Flying
However directly this only costs only £119 in cash.

you are totally looking at the maths in the wrong way
£60 of clubcard vouchers is worth £60 cash in Tesco - so using deals vouchers to pay for the above has only cost you £60 as thats what their face value is
however, you acquired these vouchers for free, so overall the 'flight experience' has cost you absolutely nothing - its a toss up really, pay £119 cash , or use a voucher that you were given for free, but has 'worth £240' printed on the front
i just dont get, why people feel they are being ripped off?

I am with you on this one... people just love to moan. Every "deal" has different value in Tesco vouchers, some are 2x the amount, some 3x and some 4x. It's only up to you how you weigh it up - surely basic maths and little bit of research on the internet is not that difficult. You paid nothing for the vouchers (unless you bought them on Ebay or bought unnecesary stuff in the shop, which is more fool you) so why feel like you are being ripped off?
I hate it when people tell me - oh no, it's not 4x the value for restaurants, because they constantly have vouchers with special offers on - 2 things:
A/ those vouchers will not pay for the full meal - I can go in with £2 to pay just for my coke with Tesco vouchers (and some places let you use it against drinks too)
B/ those vouchers are quite often only valid during the week and I can't get there in a week because I don't live in a city (thank God)0

My friends at work got theirs yesterday too... I would wait if you need a bit more.0

I'm still waiting for the vouchers to arrive! Are people saying they're going to arrive in two lots, with all this talk of waiting for more? or am I just being a bit dim?
Baby and toddler here though :rotfl:

Tesco don't send them all out at once, so you have plenty of time before they may arrive.
Your vouchers will arrive in one lot with your clubcard statement, unless you have more then one separate account e.g. clubcard & tesco credit card.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0

 TIA
you can use them on reduced items
the only things you cant use them for, is the embroidery service, luggage and sports bags
so clothes, handbags and shoes are all included
