i had the same thing happen to me a while ago, if you ignore it the bill takes over you're computer for 10 mins before you can click off of it, we have never been on any sites like this, luckily we have a friend thats all clued up with computers and it took him a couple of hours to get rid of it, haven't a clue how he did it though, get someone to have a look at it for you

I tried SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition. Took about 30 minutes to run a check and came up with a list which I could choose to delete or leave on my PC. I just deleted everything I'd never heard of and left on the few that I recognised. I am sure I found it along with a few other recommendations on the Freebies Board (free anti virus progammes etc) via a link in one of Martins weekly emails. I also have AVG (free edition) set up as well.

Here is the only way the threat can be removed from your system.
Actually is not a threat but a SCAM.
MBS iBill s a scam that targets UK mainly while Moviepass targets US only.
There's no antivirus capable to remove them not yet.
