In reality it s just the right size for my doberman's head..his body falls off! It's rubbish..so took it back. Voila, was given refund in form of gift voucher to spend ANYWHERE in the shop

You were lucky.
Another case of staff not knowing the scheme. The t&cs state that any refunds given will be for the value of the original clubcard token.0 -
Ive seen some posts from people being given a refudn to thier credit cards....has anyone else had this experience?! I might test the principle later.
If im not going to be refunded the item value, I would want the points to be refunded to me, or have the equivelent vouchers given to me, since the points are worth more than just instore credit! (if any of that makes sense!)0 -
My details have never changed thanks..They have said by the 18th as you say., which is fine, Ijust don't wanna miss out on £40 off a new mattress

Sorry - I should've put "your" as 'your' meaning people in general, rather than your - you in particular!I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Me too.
This happened to me *last year as well*: even though I was due to receive over £20 of vouchers that I was intending to use in the last 'double-up' promotion, in the end, my vouchers weren't sent out at all, so I completely missed out
When I later queried it, they told me there was "a problem with my address"- yeah right, the same address that I've been living at for eleven years, to which they've never had problems mailing to before...
Probably, meant that they had post returned via the Royal Mail for whatever reason, and when that happens - no more mail get sent out - points just accumulate, until its queried.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Ah not received any new vouchers either, should be getting a good £15 or so...
Just wondering what deals people have gone for as I do have some vouchers that I can spend. I was thinking about the Philips SAD light at £53 on the Tesco website, help me get up in the mornings in winter! Don't need anything else apart from some clothes..... hmmm0 -
Sorry but how does it work online?
The website says "Decide whether you want to use your rewards tokens, in store or online."
But then on the next part it says "You can only exchange your vouchers in store, not online."
So how does it work if I want to get double points and purchase something online? Do I get it to be delivered in-store? I am guessing the credit card is only for security and does not get charged? Only when you go in-store or use your vouchers?0 -
If you decide you want to spend your vouchers online then you still have to go instore and ask to exchange them for On Line double up vouchers which are different to the double up vouchers you can spend in store - double up vouchers are not interchangeable for spending between Store and On Line, you have to exchange your clubcard vouchers for one OR the other.. Once you go in store and get your clubcard vouchers exchanged into On Line double up vouchers then you go home, make your order and select either delivery to store or to home, that part is no different. I hope that answers your question??0

Thanks for that, so basically if I purchase something for in-store pickup right now, I won't get charged [i.e. put credit card info in but no vouchers], then when I go to pick the item up from the store I take my vouchers in and exchange them to double them up?
Have I got that right?0 -

No, if you order online now without having already doubled up your vouchers you will be just be charged the normal full price.
You need to go instore with your clubcard vouchers, have them doubled up for online use and you will be given a new voucher with a code that can then be used online. Once you have the new voucher with the code you can go ahead and order what you want. Its a pain as you will have to make 2 trips to the store if you want to use store collection once you've eventually managed to place the order.:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -
i have exchanged my vouchers today, and will spend them probably tomorrow. my question is:
i have £30 worth of tokens - in the reward token it says i must spend at least £10 in the category after any discount in one department. does that mean, i have to buy something worth £20 ( i pay £10 and the other £10 is the reward token) ?
or
I can just shop anything within the £30 reward tokens worth and not shell out money ?
Sorry - i never used this voucher thing before. Never really understood it.0
