Follow up regarding the TV debate:
I wrote to Tesco head office early/mid last week to see if I could get something in writing regarding Televisions being included in the scheme. I've just today received a reply and they have said that TV's aren't included, and have also apologised for not making the inclusions and exemptions clear. They said that they'll be making changes to avoid this next time they bring this voucher scheme out again.
So the fact that the Customer Services Manager managed to exchange my vouchers for a TV must have been a total 'fluke'. Normally the tills wouldn't have accepted the vouchers against the sale of the television if this wasn't within the rules of the scheme - so it really must have been exactly what Catman said ... luck. My apologies to those of you who've tried and failed to 'get lucky' too. I was obviously in the right place, right time and right moment for the tills to work in my favour that day!0 -

Still no sign of my vouchers!!
Is anyone else still waiting? I am usually one of the first to receive mine so really getting fed up of waiting now.
Me too.
This happened to me *last year as well*: even though I was due to receive over £20 of vouchers that I was intending to use in the last 'double-up' promotion, in the end, my vouchers weren't sent out at all, so I completely missed out
When I later queried it, they told me there was "a problem with my address"- yeah right, the same address that I've been living at for eleven years, to which they've never had problems mailing to before...0 -
7 stores tried today. None are allowing the double up vouchers to purchase a television.
I am going to write a letter to Terrance Leahy and the lead singer of echo and the bunnymen.0 -

I did stumble upon a good way to get what you want though. Doubled up and bought a £50 pet bed described as large. In reality it s just the right size for my doberman's head..his body falls off! It's rubbish..so took it back. Voila, was given refund in form of gift voucher to spend ANYWHERE in the shop
