Maybe i didnt word it right, what i did was go in store doubled up my vouchers in store, for on line vouchers, then went home and ordered on line. You can only exchange the vouchers in store, but make sure you have the on line ones

Hi - does anyone know if digital cameras are included in the offer. They don't fit into any of the categories, so not sure. Thanks

I would have said not, although another poster was fortunate enough to get a TV (but lets not get into that debate again...), digital cameras are classed as audio visual electrical so no (iMHO)

You could argue that it doesn't specifically say that Wii Consoles etc are NOT included in the deal, so perhaps they are right?

The only category that comes close is House, Home & DIY.
Includes: Small kitchen appliances, vacuums & steam cleaners, irons & sewing, furniture, home and bath, personal electrical, Heating & Cooling, Microwaves, Fires.

Clicking on Personal Electrical takes you to things like shavers, epillators and the like.

Games consoles and software are excluded so no Wii's - its under the toy exclusion.

No, my mum informed me last night she hadn't got her vouchers - I then questioned her further as she gets Sainsbury's to deliver her food shop, she quite innocently told me that she never shops in Tesco's, GOD GIVE ME STRENGTH!:rotfl:
  • Phoned my local tesco extra store. Asked about getting double up reward vouchers for a telly. Its a no no. However I will persist tomorrow when customer services are open at head office.

    Good luck all.

i just wanted to say well done to Guin.as a new poster you have taken a lot of trouble to explain to us how you did it.that sort of situation pushes all my buttons and would of had my blood boiling being given all that conflicting information.the lady who was trying to prove you wrong sounds like a fine example of how not to be a helpful assistant!
i only wanted new make up this year and that's not on there.no idea why.i wouldn't mind a new phone either but everyone's horror stories are putting me off trying !!

No, I've still to get mine - by the 16th on my till receipt. I'm always one of the last (possibly to do with my tesco visa statemen date which is the 26th as this ties in with my till receipt). Luckily I had £100 of vouchers left so used these whilst I wait for August to arrive.
