The 'ticket' in completely unenforceable - My advice is to ignore it
Sorry. What is this to do with the valid point Sarah was making ?"There's no such thing as Macra. Macra do not exist."
"I could play all day in my Green Cathedral".
"The Centuries that divide me shall be undone."
"A dream? Really, Doctor. You'll be consulting the entrails of a sheep next. "0 -

I also look forward to an explanation. It should be most interesting.0

I don't think you will find that Sassy-one does explanations.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

I also applaud the supermarkets for providing Disabled Parking (as well as those for parents and children).
Yes they are to applauded for providing places for disabled parking, but they are forced to in their planning applications I believe, so they are not doing this in the goodness of their hearts as they simply not interested imo. Still these same people contract ppc's to oversee their parking spaces , and these people are complete scammers and rip off merchants, they do more damage to the reputation of shops than anyone else, these supermarkets should be heavily condemned for having people who are akin to the nigerian 419 scam operating in their car parks harassing customers!Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

Would you applaud them when you consider the number of elderly people who forget to display, or who's badges slip down, and who are bombarded with frightening letters?0 -

Can you not get Watchdog to get in touch with them?
I have now sent her a link to that famous Watchdog clip.
I have also asked her if she still thinks UKCPS are an "ethical company" when they demand £90 off a disabled pensioner, even though that person went back to their car after five minutes to rectify the situation, and then subsequently pointed this out in their "appeal". Finally I asked her what that "independent disability advisor's" thoughts were regarding breaches of the DDA by PPCs limiting disabled spaces just to blue-badge holders. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
It would appear Mobilise do not know much about parking on private land.
I picked this up from their "Baywatch survey" link
Well over half of those who visited Sainsbury’s reported that there were signs up warning that people using the accessible bays without a Blue Badge would be fined
Now that's interesting.
Fined by whom and why?
Here is another gem
2. What is parking abuse?
Accessible parking bays (also known as disabled bays) should be for the use of Blue Badge holders only – disabled people who display the Blue Badge in their windscreen.
The seem to have forgotten to add the rider that this does not (generally) apply in private car parks0 -
Also that there are disabled people who either don't quite qualify or have not been given a blue badge. Some also do not want to display a badge but would appreciate a nearer space.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
