A Disabled Charity And A PPC

Is a registered charity(which I assume Mobilise is) allowed to be a member of such an organisation?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Even if they could why would they want to be? How many car parks do they run?0 -
I was just wondering if a complaint to the charity commisioners would liven things up. They are very fastidious about charities being associated with profit making organisations. One would have thought they had checked with them first but you never know. Mobilise know whats best for their members after all.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

I think the BPA membership swings it, Mobilise should really be brought to book over it.
Facebook group now has 30 members, if you haven't joined already here it is http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=1460571454209310 -
Told you Mobilise PPC is the correct title for them, being members of the BPA means that they are happy to endorse discrimination on the disabled because they encourage their potential members to hand a signifigent amount of their DLA over to scammers!
Also they must endorse the BPAs ambition on bringing back charges in nhs trusts in scotland & wales, and trying to ensure that charges in england are not dropped, it means that they want to tax the ill and people looking after them!
Mobilise PPC truly make me want to puke, its truly sickening what they represent !Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
Yet another case of UKCPS victimising a disabled motorist:-
I got a parking ticket from UKCPS in Huddersfield. I was parked in a disabled bay on the great northern retail park last week. I put my badge in the window and went into a shop. When I came out there was a ticket saying I wasn't displaying a disabled badge. I was but it was out of date, which I had not noticed. I was not driving my partner was, I am the reg keeper (mobility car) The fine was for £60 if paid within 14 day, £100 if after that. I am unable to drive after having 2 stokes and epilepsy.
Please help. What should I do?What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
So, ukcps see a car with a blue badge, think more revenue, and ticket it anyway whether right or wrong. Cannot mobilise see thats happening?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Got a parking ticket from Excel yesterday and - like a lot of people on this thread - was about to pay, but now having second thoughts. Took my 91-year old mother Christmas shopping and thought I was okay with a Blue Badge. Mum went back to sit in the car while I was packing the shopping and was kindly presented with the parking ticket in person by the Excel employee. Happy Christmas or what? Faced with paying £40 put a damper on the day. However, I am a bit of a "scaredy cat" and not sure if I have the courage to ignore this fine. Please reassure me someone.
A 91 year old this time Helen! I bet you're looking forward to scamming your first centenarian!0 -
I took my disabled mother to ASDA yesterday (I'm her registered carer)
and I forgot to put her blue badge in the windscreen. On discovering it
I immediately returned to ASDA and spoke to two managers who told me
it was a private company (but admitted the £60 would ultimately find
its way back to ASDA) and they couldn't do anything. He inspected the
blue badge and the other manager took it away and photocopied it for
me, after which they said I should send it to the company and appeal.
My mother used her debit card to pay for the shopping (£130) so I can
prove she was there at that time with me - and she used their scooter.
She was also greeted by a couple of staff members she knew from
previous visits.
Get in Helen! Another one for your roll of honour.0
