That's a shame, it should be allowed imo, when you have a charity acting unethically like mobilise it would be nice to know how a conflict of interest profits them!
Kinda like smirnoff funding alcohol annoymous or benson & hedges funding cancer research fund , I suppose, still they must be rolling in it now, are you proud mobilise ?Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
My dad just got a letter from debt recovery plus ltd after getting a ticket for not displaying his disabled badge in a supermarket car park where ukpc had started patrolling. When he 1st got the ticket i came on here to check them out and advised him not to pay. Now they are asking him for £148.99 and he is stressing about it. How long do they keep contacting people for? do they ever leave you alone? He wishes he just paid the £50 they asked for, stress isn't very good for a man who is recovering from a heart attack. As much info i can get would be great, just so i can reassure him he was right not to pay the fine, tnx all
Just another disabled driver being harassed by a PPC, what advice do you give here Mobilise? Are you in bed with this lot of scammers as well? Bet you wish you were so you can get commission from them! Its shameful that this is happening and that you endorse it!
Hang your heads in shame Mobilise PPC, you are a disgrace to legitimate charities who actually try to help people, you just help yourselves!Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?

Read the whole thread. They lie in the same bed.
I wish i had saved the two e mails from Helen Dolphin when i first got in touch with them after a disabled bus taking disabled people to a shopping area was ticketed and told not to come back.
One reply was "Don't always believe what you read in your local rag"

As has been noted on another thread, UKCPS have been booted off the Elk Retail Park in Oldham by their landlords Savilles for "aggressive ticketing and harassment of customers". These same landlords own Aintree Park where UKCPS seem to specialise in targeting disabled drivers. I wonder if their days are numbered there as well.
Are you reading this Helen Dolphin? Do you now realise what sort of people you have got into bed with? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
My nan is disabled, and in a wheelchair. One of her carers took her to a local retail outlet last week and without realising, stayed 10 minutes over their allocated 3 hours in the disabled parking bay. However, the weather was terrible and the ticket must've flown off the car. The carer then received a fine in the post, with extra payment for not paying in time. Unfortunately, I didn't find out about this until Sunday when I went to see my nan, but I told her (from info I've read on here) that this was unenforcable, and shouldn't have been paid (my nan paid half as she felt guilty).
Well done Helen. Another disabled victim for your list.0 -
Sickening. Both PPC and Mobilese.0

Mobilise PPC,
We are going to keep adding to this thread as we discover more victims, you are endorsing the PPCs in victimising disabled parkers, they use sickening techniques to rip off drivers, yet you encourage disabled drivers to pay tickets they don't need too, disabled people are amongst the most vunreable in society, and can ill afford to lose money, their DLA money is being handed over to scammers, and you do nothing to protect their rights!
Basically Mobilise you make me sick, shame on you!Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?

SickOfItAll wrote: »Hi,
I took my disabled mother to ASDA yesterday (I'm her registered carer)
and I forgot to put her blue badge in the windscreen. On discovering it
I immediately returned to ASDA and spoke to two managers who told me
it was a private company (but admitted the £60 would ultimately find
its way back to ASDA) and they couldn't do anything. He inspected the
blue badge and the other manager took it away and photocopied it for
me, after which they said I should send it to the company and appeal.
My mother used her debit card to pay for the shopping (£130) so I can
prove she was there at that time with me - and she used their scooter.
She was also greeted by a couple of staff members she knew from
previous visits. So we can prove that she was there. As far as I can
see the only thing I have done wrong is fail to display the badge and
although I respect their reasons for issuing it, at the point after which I
showed them the blue badge I don't feel I should be punished/penalised.
So after reading several threads on this site and others I decided to
write to ASDA via email stating my case. It was not an angry letter but
I did tell them that I would not correspond with the parking company
(Town and City Parking Limited) and that I'm willing to go to court to
resolve this dispute. This was yesterday, I await reply from ASDA.
But I'm nervous about this whole scenario and I don't like the bullying
tactics that await me - I have no intention of paying because I don't
see what I'm compensating them for, certainly not to the tune of £60.
Did I do the right thing? Should I write a nice apologetic letter to this
Town and City Parking Limited and hope they 'let me off'? Should I
contact a solicitor? Or should I simply ignore the whole thing?
So Mobilise, here is yet another person victimised by a PPC, what is your advice for this person ? I don't think you get commision from this particular bunch of scamming scumbags, so its okay to offer the correct advice that disabled and all other parking bays in a private car park are advisory only! And the tickets are nothing but toilet paper!Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?

In a letter to the Sunday Times today Patrick Troy states that Mobilise is a member of the BPA. . So now we know why Mobilise tow the PPC party line over private parking issues. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
