Salon Selectives (back from the 80's) conditioner WIBA Yes still as good as it was back in the day! The smell is fab am glad they have brought it back!

Wow-Salon Selectives, in the pink bottle and smells of apples?Very retro, for a minute-i thought you were using up a 25 year old bottle of shampoo!
Where did you buy?I would love to buy a bottle just to take me back to my teenage years......

UU's-SJP NYC, WIBA?probably, next Summer-lovely fruity fresh smell and lasted well
Max Factor Lash Extension-WIBA?Probably not, after just buying the new NO 7 Exceptional Definition Mascara. For someone with no eyelashes, well OMG-i looked like i had eyelash extensions in yesterday, and hubby even noticed, so must be good!I used my voucher,so only £7-and my new must have product

    Have a good dayxx
  • UU a dental floss this morning. I had already bought its replacement earlier this month. I'm having a good UU month but there's still over a week to go to avoid the temptation of more incomings!

Digity1 - LOL at using up a 25 year old bottle of conditioner, I am a hoarder but not that bad! lol I got the Salon Selectives conditioner in Poundland, but it was in a pink bottle but different shape to way back. The newly launched Salon Selectives is available in Superdrug and is in the original style bottles - and it still smells of apples!

Ok so I had a slip yesterday, but I think I did need it :)

I got a £5 voucher in boots (from meal deal and hair bobbles, not toiletries!) and while I was at the till I saw an ad for the No7 colour corrector base. Well, I do occasionally go a bit red, and have tried various sticks and things over the years, but more or less gave up. It's not too bad recently anyway, but I have some big do's over the next couple of weeks...

So I went and had a nosy at the No7 display, and it's really nice - not at all chalky, and goes on beautifully, so I had to buy it - £6.25 after voucher. Then of course got another £5 voucher!

And (this doesn't count in this challenge right?!) I finally bought the Boots IPL system last night, and got another £5 voucher :) I know it's expensive, but it's slightly reduced at the mo, and I almost booked laser treatment last week for just one area - if the Boots IPL system works, it'll save me the fortune i'd otherwise invest in laser over the next few years. It'd better work... :P

oooo fixx let us all know how it goes - i've been tempted by this for months!!!

I figured out what my UU was the other day - a Herbal Esscenses shampoo in the blue bottle WIBA yes if on offer - this challenge has shown me that through my stash i'm not too fussed by any shampoo or conditioner after a while! ;)

I anticipate some UU tonight - read clearing the side of the bath and shower units!!! Since my sisters have moved back in over the summer form uni they just use something and leave the dregs on the side whilst opening another bottle  ruining my good work since the beginning of the year! I shall be using the dregs of an elvive conditioner, a pantene conditioner, an alberto balsam intensive conditioner and a fructis conditioner. I think there are enough little pieces in each bottle to give me a good conditioning to my longer length hair! :T

Welcome to all newbies - you are all more than welcome here!! :hello:

Have a good day sweeties x

sorry to snip but if you read the long thread on the Boots smooth skin system you'll see people have had varying results. There's plenty of claims that it works from mysterious users who only post about the system.
FWIW I have had very disappointing results, I've had it over a year. So for me it was a waste of £250!
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

I finished my LE cleanser that I took on holiday with me back in May. I've been using this one at night alongside one I already had opened but didn't want to take on holiday with me. I will now use this one morning and evening until it needs replacing, so although I've used up a cleanser I'm not needing to take another one out of my stash just yet so my stash of cleansers stands at 11.
    Did owe £9,951.96

Now helping hubby pay off loan. Finally paid off :j

    Owe Virgin [STRIKE]£5,950.00 [/STRIKE]at 0% til June 2009 £3,427.89. Owe HSBC [STRIKE]£5,460.78 [/STRIKE]2.9% til May 2010 £3,703.07. Owe Post Office £1,676.62 at 0% til September 2010

UU Lush's You Snap The Whip: WIBA? Nope! It smells lovely but I like to be overly scrubbed and this just didn't do it *pouts* And another dealio of it only lasting 4 scrubs anyways. On to my various little tubs of scrubs now! :D
  • UU's BS strawberry body butter, WIBA only if on offer as there are others I prefer

Nivea Pearl deodorant, WIBA not at the mo as I have five more cans to get through (Asda had a pack of six for a fiver - bargain!)

I have succumbed to the Pantene Aqua Light Shampoo and Conditioner today which is on offer at Tesco, using the £1 off coupon that came with freebies. The shampoo is 500 ml but for some reason the conditioner is only 400 ml! I have been overstocked with shampoo and conditioner for quite some time and when I started this challenge I really wanted to make progress with UUs in this area. Over the last year I have been making real inroads but recently I seem to have slipped up, over the last couple of months I've made 3 purchases and ordered some freebies. I'll go and sit on the naughty step.

This morning I started using some Avon Planet Spa Body Clay. It smells lovely which I was not expecting. I used it on my chest area, up to my neck and it has left my skin feeling lovely and soft. It's funny when you are rinsing it off in the shower though as when you look down at the floor of the bath it looks like you are standing in a muddy puddle! I'm impressed with Avon's Planet Spa range. I also like their Mediterranean Olive Oil Firming Chest and Neck Serum. I think I've got some Planet Spa paraffin hand treatment as well which I've had since last year and I now feel inspired to try it out over the weekend.
