Aaagh! Covering my eyes! I did not read that, I did not read that, I did not read that

*sneaks out back door to Tesco :shhh:*
  • Oh Dear.Just found the Bodyshop thread in Grabbit. Two 200ml body butters for £11.25. Oh well we all deserve treat as someone said earlier.

just been to buy the pantene and did not read the coupon properly, you have to buy both shampoo and cond:(....all is half price at the mo...would not pay £4 for it anyway!

Thanks for pointing that out, I'd not read the terms and conditions either. Boo, not so tempted now!
  • Today I've used up a L'Occitane Dry Skin Hand Cream which was a freebie from a magazine. I cheated a bit really because it was the handcream I keep in my handbag and only use occasionally but when I noticed there was only a few blobs left I transferred it to my work drawer where I knew I would use it up more quickly. WIBA? Yes, I really liked this, it did a good moisturising job on my hands, without being too rich, and smelt lovely. I've already sorted out a replacement handcream for my handbag: a small tube of No 7 Protect and Perfect Hand Cream which I had with a gwp.
  • Sorry, me again! The OH is out, my dinner is in the oven and when it's ready I'm going to eat it on a tray in front of the TV, with my feet in a bowl of warm water with a pink bath fizzer added to soften the water and make it smell lush. I know it doesn't conjure up glamorous images but I will enjoy it! I've just selected a 17 High Gloss Nail Polish in Sphinx (a metallic gold) to paint on my toe nails tomorrow morning.
  • Hi everyone!

I'm a longtime lurker on this board, and would love to join.

I'm a university student who spends way too much money on toiletries and cosmetics, and I really need to start using up the huge stash I've accumulated!

Welcome to all the newbies here - that was me 3 months ago, and you will not believe how much you can save by reading through the posts here.

No more purchases other than a few essential womens bits n bobs, so this month must be the best ever for not spending money on toiletries. Did get that mini shower gel and mascara on magazine.

DH went away and stayed in Hilton, so came home with loads of mini
30g/ml of Crabtree and Evelyns Source products - 5x soaps, 3 x shower gel, 5x shampoo and 5x conditioner. Never say no to a freebie, me!

ok - I probably got away with the shampoos on the grounds that Ive still only got one on the go and one in stock - but I defiantely cant get away with the two lip balms I bought at the show today - in my defence though - i did say back in Mayish that I would be replacing the honey one that had run out - and thats what Ive done - with enough that hopefully i will be ok until next year...
Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup
  • :o I plead guilty,

    I did go to Tesco
I did buy two bottles of Pantene Acqua Light

BUT in my defence, I did use the voucher and got two massive 500ml bottles for under £3

    please be lenient

    Hi everyone,

Not posted on here much, been a bit busy lately. Am still sticking to this challenge though.

Some of the conditioners I splurged on the other week are absolutely fab! And as predicted I'm going through them quite rapidly.

Step away from Tesco and Body Shop people - do you NEED that stuff? :A
