welcome-1.gifGood Life and good luck with your alcohol freeness.
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

:T that's the best bit of multi-tasking ever!! If you can do that I'm sure you can go for the full 7 days.

Good to hear from you jo. I take it that with that breakfast you're not self-catering! I heard that A level results were online at 6 a.m. Everything crossed for DD1.

Must fly, got things to do. Havea good one everyone.

Woohoo, she got 2 B's, a D and an E. The B's, were in the subjects she needed.

I'm so proud I can't believe it!! You'd understand if you knew the trouble we've had to get her to study the past few years!

    Well done Jo's DD :T

Struggling today, not about being AF, just not feeling right, been browisng the web to try to find help and contemplated calling my GP. However I know I have all the tools to get better and all I really need is a bit time and few early nights.

Anyway on a way home ended walking past this pharmacy, saw some books there, went in, found a book that might just give the answers I have been looking for. It is called: "How to get what you want and want what you have".

So going to put all the staff that needs doing on one side for tonight and have a bath with my new book and then straight to bed.

Oh is someone is still keeping scores: challenge completed :)
